“I visited Guest Therapies numerous occassions.I would highly recommend David, he is extremely knowledgable and also professional.Initially I was a little scared of having a sports massage done as I expected it to be painful but he made me feel relaxed and talked me through the treatment.He is very good at finding the problem areas and explaining how it effects others muscles.He also showed me various excercises on how to keep on top of back and shoulder pain.I found the tips very useful and Im happy to say I am pain free! I will be visiting again :)”
