Attended for a physio assessment for my knee and followed up with a general health check up. I was lucky enough to have Katie as the lead and teacher for my assessment, she was quick but thorough with the examination and verbally clear yet concise along the way. There were several students also attending the assessment and later lead the general health check up and although I wasn't cautioned on this detail, it was somewhat expected as it is carried out by the University. Nevertheless, all were professional and attentive throughout the assessments while maintaining a comfortable environment. I left the assessment feeling reassured and more knowledgeable of both my knee and overall health condition and also given specific advice on how I can develop my physical health. The price is criminally low and I suspect this is because fees are covered by the University, yet despite this I would have happily paid more and if a few extra eyes do not concern you, I would highly recommend this clinic to others. My only negative experience was that I discovered im not as tall as I thought I was :(

I've seen Daniel twice this week. He's been really good and helpful. He took every detail in depth and showed me the knee strethen exercises. I'm quite satisfied with his advice lbut unfortunately won't see him again. Good luck for your future Daniel.

I have had a very positive experience at the Student physio department. The assessment has been very thorough and accurate. I have felt listened to throughout. I have received positive feedback about my progress. All my questions have been answered and this has helped my confidence and sense of hope for my recovery. The physio student, Michael has been interested in the information I have provided and has responded appropriately. He has shown excellent communication skills. He has appeared confident in the information he has given and in the advice and exercises he has given. This has helped my confidence. I have felt satisfied that he would discuss the recovery plan with supervisor. I felt I was given plenty of time. Michael showed good awareness of my lifestyle ie the advice given was in context of aiming to return to former lifestyle. I am very grateful for the input, thank you.
