An excellent way to access physiotherapy. The service is really good and the students take great care of their clients. I highly recommend going to Neoniq for a convenient and inexpensive way of getting both physio and helping to train future physiotherapists.
Had my free initial assessment today, only called yesterday so couldnt believe how quick the appointment was. Seen by 2 amazing students who immediately put me at ease. Took time to go through my history making sure they had a accurate reflection of my medical situation. Took their time to talk through suggested plan and show me a couple of exercises to start with as well as ensured i did them so they could see I understood. Already booked in for next appointment, After being messed around by NHS so glad to have a great first session.
What a wonderful place the staff are so welcoming and make you feel at ease as soon as you walk through the door. They are so thoughtful and thorough, my condition has improved immensely and I have been given some great excersises to do at home. I have never needed physiotherapy before so I wasn't sure what to expect as my doctor recommended it to me following a back injury. The staff are all so lovely and asked lots of questions to ensure I was treated appropriately. I have been given exercises to follow at home which have been adapted to suit my level of pain and mobility and I am progressing really well - I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend Neoniq to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future!

Thank you for the wonderful treatment I have received. You gave me exercises that have sorted out the pain in my leg and suggestions to strengthen my core and back muscles. All the students I saw were very professional and personable. Demonstrating the exercises clearly and checking that I was doing them correctly. The emails with the exercises were very helpful. It is absolutely brilliant. A wonderful idea and a very calm atmosphere. Nobody rushes you and they listen to everything you have to say. I can almost say I enjoy the sessions even though you are pushed as far as you can go, but not any further. I have had six weeks with Ciara and she is great. On my first visit I was given a thorough assessment and advice on how to treat my knee injury along with some simple exercises. On the following visits my progress was assessed and the physio checked I was doing the exercises correctly. Each visit followed a similar pattern with the exercises becoming more challenging to suit my needs. The staff I worked with were friendly and efficient always ensuring I understood fully any treatment they suggested. I have recommended Neoniq to many friends who require physiotherapy.
Over five sessions Neoniq's wonderful team tackled the aftermath of my herniated disc. The excellent specialists not only made it possible for me to walk without a stick but also gave me excellent exercises to ensure my improved core strength would help avoid a future back crises.
