In my experience, the service was rather subpar. Despite repeatedly requesting my nails to be thinly shaped around the sides, they were not completed to my satisfaction. Additionally, each nail has a different shape, which further complicated the process. Ultimately, I resorted to using their nail file to shape my nails myself.
The most horrible base that you can put on a red french manicure. And always live that gap like you can afford to go weekly.
I've been coming here a few times and had mixed experiences but Today I just felt that I paid a lot for minimum servuce. Bad cleaning standards, no sanitizing ustensils. I only met 2 employees that are ok the lady owner and a young guy with glasses. The rest of the staff are jus haisty, rude and they don't do what ghey charge for, as drilling dead skin by cuticles etc .I was not give an option to change if the colour/finish on chosen top finish even if it didn't look like on their chart. He aplied on one nail and I mention it's not what I wanted , he just said I chose diferent base after we agreed from begining the shade iIwanted it to look.I was just doing my nails bfr Holiday and didn't have an option to change it paid £80 for 2 service and I left the place very disapointed This time.
I won't be coming back. I booked an appointment in advance for a pedicure and acrylics on my hands. When I arrived at 5:20 PM (my appointment time), they started my pedicure, but when it got to my hands (around 6:15) they said they couldn't finish both services because they needed to set up the rest of the furniture. The salon closes at 7 PM, and my appointment was confirmed to include both services, but they kept rushing They also told me I was taking too long to pick a colour for my nails, but I was still getting my pedicure done! The technician would have not started my hands until my feet were finished. In the end, he said he'd do my hands eventually, but at that point, I decided I’d rather spend my money elsewhere with better customer service. I was told before I arrived that both services would be completed in the appointment, but that clearly wasn’t the case.
absolutely in love with this set i got today. Service was amazing, staff was very friendly and helpful. Nails were done with perfect precision!!! I recommend studio 44 100%.
Been going here for years having my nails done and was always so happy with kelly doing my nails. Sadly this salon has gone so far downhill there’s no returning for me as a customer. Kelly never there to do my nails these days and very hard to get hold of to book appointments, the male workers are soooooo rude in here, always want to rush you when you’re paying alot for the service. I have now started going to a different nail salon in Harrow and the difference is so night and day it’s unbelievable. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND STUDIO 44 ANY MORE The business is a joke now !!!!! Very sad as it use to be a fantastic place to go …
Very clean and tidy Nail Salon. Friendly and professional staff. The quality of the finish for gel nails was brilliant. Will definitely be visiting again. Thank you studio 44
Just had to give a little appreciation to my local nail bar after having such an awful experience at queen of nails on Lady Margaret road. This nail bar are fixing all mistakes made by that awful other shop for only £4 and they have always looked after me. Thank you
This place is awful. The nail staff are very very rude. They did not show any common respect yo me as a customer. They seem selective. So friendly to some. Hostile to others. The place is run down. Avoid! I will not return. I'm not sure about the hairdresser though. The hairdresser herself seemed pleasant and welcoming. Im not sure how good she is though. I visited for a pedicure. My experience was bad. Never nail varnish wasnt dry and i had to make a return visit. Rather than apologise that thought it was appropriate to be rude and have me wait an hour! Never again.
