   I wish I could give this place a zero. I have been messaging with the lash lady through instagram to make sure that I confirm all the details and to get to know if she’s an actual professional at her job. We also discussed that she will do the lashes which would suit me best. I sent her photos as seen attached. Firstly I asked for some pictures of her work, however she instructed me to look at her Instagram feed, so I did. There were only 2 pictures and the job wasn’t even hers but the other shop in Hanwell. I come to southall mind you I live about an hour from there, and the lady takes me to a room and we have a short consultation with what I want. I show her the most natural lashes and we agree upon a lash style. I was very confident with what I want as they were for my prom and it was my first time getting lashes done. It takes her roughly 30 minutes. Her phone keeps ringing which is not a big deal but she was declining whilst touching her dirty phone and then touching my face. She wasn’t wearing gloves either! This made me doubt wherever she washed her hands in the first place before touching my face. The lashes looked NOTHING like the inspiration, instead they were thick unnatural and ugly. The lashes were stuck on unevenly and I had to tell her to take some off as they weren’t even and you could see the lashes on my eyelid not the lash line. I was clearly unhappy with my lashes, telling her it looked unnatural and she proceeded to tell me its exactly like the inspiration picture but mine are a bit thicker due to the amount of lashes I’ve got- I have very little lashes. In addition I could barely see anything as the lashes were blocking my sight. She told me it was normal. My eyes are downturned and I wanted something which made my eyes look bigger but instead the lashes weren’t even visible but a fat blob on my eye that made my eyes smaller and I looked even more tired than I was. The lady then told me that she did the job and sort of demanded me to pay although I told her I don’t like how the lashes turned out and she tried to gaslight me that they looked good. I asked her if they were 1:1 and she confirmed which they clearly weren’t. Wouldn’t a professional fix the lashes if you didn’t like them?t I hated to look at myself in the mirror as the lashes were so ugly. Don’t even make me mention my eyesight- I could only see half. As the rest of the day went on lashes began to fall out; not individually but there were 5 in one lot- absolutely not 1:1 which explained the unnaturalness. To add to this the lashes were painful. Whenever I closed my eyes the lashes were poking me. I spent the whole day upset that these lashes will ruin my prom so I decided to message her asking for a removal. She agreed so next day I came in for the removal. I came in she was on her phone with AirPods in her ears and I approached her with half of my lashes on one eye and on the other eye all the lashes were drooping and one was hanging about to fall off. She proceeds to ask me- are you sure they look so good. I do not think they looked good especially with half of them off and the other dropping. She takes me to the room straight away. And without washing her hands she begins the removal. She comes back probably off her phone and germy hands she touches my eyes and shoves cotton buds in my eyes. She saw I was in pain and told me it was normal. Thankfully I didn’t get an infection. I asked for a refund at the end as it’s an appropriate thing to ask for after the lashes didn’t even last 24 hours and I didn’t like them. She refused and began telling me how she takes her job seriously as she’s a professional- I don’t see a professional in her, most likely an amateur which was completely out of context. I began to tell her how I deserve a refund as the products used were terrible as the fake eyelashes were falling out and she began telling me if I came in she would’ve fixed them. Why would I need to come in to fix them after a day if they’re supposed to last 2 weeks. I’m still demanding a full refund. PLEASE AVOID AND DO NOT GO!!!!!!!

   My sister in law recommended this salon for eyelash extensions and I was not disappointed. The staff is friendly and the appointment is very quick of which I was pleasantly surprised. Minnie is friendly and she takes pride in her work. I would recommend it to my friends and family. Definitely you have gained one satisfied customer.

   OK firstly the lady who done my eyebrows shaped them well. The other lady who did my eye lash extensions done them very well. OK so now for the not so good part. It was extremely cold in the shop, then the same lady who did my eyelashes started off my manicure. Then she left the other lady to paint my nails absolutely awful job. I told her to remove the polish as it was lumpy and she told me she would re paint them. I told her no . It's a shame because the salon is very local to me. Unfortunately I will not be returning.

   Awful experience and this place is a scam. Please avoid if your getting nails done . I wanted shellac nails and this placed has good reviews. But it’s a complete joke . The place where I sat to do my nails was small and dirty. I first entered the salon and she asked me what colour , I said pink . She then said she has lots of colours . I trusted her and so I sat done and she started filling my nails. Then she showed me 3 awful pink and I didn’t like any . I told her I don’t like any and she said I had to pay 10 pound for the nail filing. I said “you scammed me , usually I go to places and they show me the colours first while I’m waiting and I can decide”. She didn’t show me any and said she has lots and I trusted that. I told her in the previous saloons that people let me decide first and then I sit down. She kept talking over me and said this isn’t how nails work and raised her voice. Then she said why did you come her then, I’m like cuz the reviewers were high. I’m sure she paid people to right good reviews. Worst salon experience in my life. It was very unprofessional and so please do not go to this palace at all, not got nails or anything. advice to staff; next time treat people with respect and don’t lie to them. Also invest in more shellac colours. There colours are not enough for a business.
