Just clicked on the website and it wouldn't let me go through instead there was a virus, and my phone started flashing and vibrating and the screen looked slightly broken. This company needs to have this checked ASAP
Went in and the staff were really rude and unfriendly. It was a shame as there were many good reviews and I was excited to try and get my nails done. Their attitude put me off.
Got my hair cut at this salon! They gave me the exact hair cut I was looking for and followed the directions I provided. I would rate the hair cut a 4 stars if I could. The low rating is due to the customer and nail service. I got a full set done but the nail tech simply shaved off parts of my nail bed instead of doing the proper care. With the acrylics in place my nails hurt following the application as the prep was inadequate. Customer service was not the best. Although staff was friendly, my friend was left alone on the middle of her treatment several times.
Don't go there,,, she charged 4 pound instead of 3 for eyebrow threading which is clearly written on her shop's door and what she explained that 3 pound was extra hair on eyebrows that's not mentioned on the price list. Also She has done the worst eyebrows. I will not go there again..
I visited this place after going to a couple of places for a consultation for my hair. My hair is damaged postpartum and need care. Most of them suggested me the most expensive treatment without even looking at my hair The lady at the reception said you do not need any of the keratin or botox protein treatment. All you need is a nourishing treatment . Ayesha did it for me and the results are already making me happy . The staff is very friendly .
Made enquiries to book nail sessions to remove shellac as I had a lot of trouble doing so myself. Lady said that we're fully booked that day. No one else was there except for the one she was serving. No one else there. She cut conversation and looked away. Lady did not even offer an alternative day. Just left me to go. I looked around there any others. Went back and she said fully booked all week. If wanted more work done to the nails then she would have been nicer but because I online wanted them removed I was not worth the time. Money is money and who know next I might have gone back there to get more nail services and recommend to others. I will not now. I find her attitude rude.
Very poor quality for highlights, washed out in 2 washes. Don't waste your money went back to mentioned to the owner who was charging a fee again to fix her mistakes. Very poor customer service and complete waste of time!
Ear piercings - avoid. Holes punched in different places then the ladies attempted to convince me I can’t see right or that my ears are shaped differently. Extremely unprofessional and shabby, the experience was like asking a random person off the street to punch a couple of holes in my ears for me. You’d never think this is something they’ve been doing for years. I spent £22 and one stud I took out on the very first day and the second 2 weeks later as I was just so gutted with the result and couldn’t convince myself longer that “it’ll do”. Punching holes in someone’s body shouldn’t be a shoddy “that’ll do trust me” job. Just avoid.
One of the finest in Southall. Their expertise in all areas of hair, beauty and treatments is very commendable. The staff is not only super efficient, but very friendly and possibly the most helpful lot. Open 7 days a weak, and has a dedicated professional nail bar too. I’ve been a long retuning customer and would highly recommend this salon.
