Lovely salon with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I always get my threading done here by Urbi, who is quick, precise, and does an amazing job every time. My mum also gets her hair coloured here and is always really happy with the results. Professional staff and great service — highly recommend.

I visited this place today to have my eyebrows done. During the process, the beautician was using hot wax and accidentally dropped a wax stick onto my hair. Unfortunately, this wasn’t noticed until I pointed it out myself, and the hot wax ended up damaging that section of my hair. She even had the audacity to ask me if she was the one who did it, like how else would it have happened??? While I understand that accidents can happen, what was most disappointing was the lack of an apology or acknowledgment from the staff. Due to the poor customer service, I won’t be returning and advise anyone else to think about coming here too.

I got my keratin treatment done in this salon and it completely ruined my hair because wrong chemicals were used in the process. The lady was the owner herself, she was very unprofessional, kept rushing during my treatment, did not give me enough attention and kept saying my hair came out rough because I had coloured them. She didn’t even give me any advice before my treatment. My hair became much more brittle, rough and I started having hair fall and I couldn’t even comb them properly. Afterwards, she did not apologise or anything and just said it was a proper hair treatment. However, wrong chemicals were used on my hair. She did not refund me or accepted her mistake. Please do not get your hair treatments done at this salon. The owner is only after the money and doesn’t care if someone’s hair or body gets ruined.
Have had one of my best salon experiences here! would highly recommend. Ive been having beauty treatments for the past 20 years and this is one of my favourite places to book in for. Have been treated by a few of the staff here on different occasions and have felt so welcome and given great aftercare advise for the best long lasting results. I'm not even from the area but travel here just for the atmosphere friendly nature and comfort felt! Thank you for always trying to fit me in!
I use visage regularly for eyebrow threading, hair colouring, waxing. I have received the best treatment from this salon they are very helpful and attentive. Brilliant prices. Recently I got my makeup done and lashes by Maneet who listened to exactly what I wanted with stunning results, absolutely brilliant service and will be coming back very soon thank you so much!
