   I have been coming to pink and rose for a few years! I love it here. Roya for me is the star of the show, she does such an amazing job on my hair, everytime! She is the only hairdresser that can get my hair to the colour I love. The service is of high quality, super friendly and welcoming. I would 100% recommend this salon to anyone. They cater for everyone and even offer other services such as facials, threading, lash lift which I now use and love all of it. Highly recommend these guys!!!

   I visited this salon approximately four months ago and had an unsatisfactory experience, which led me to decide not to return. Since then, I have repeatedly encountered an individual associated with the salon standing outside the premises while smoking(old long white hair lady ) and actively soliciting passersby to enter the business. On multiple occasions, this individual has approached me directly and insisted that I return to the salon, which I have found uncomfortable and inappropriate. I am aware that other customers have reported similar concerns regarding this salon. During my visit, I also observed ongoing internal disputes among staff members. Additionally, comments were made in my presence about other stylists, which I felt were unprofessional and unsuitable for a customer-facing environment. Regarding the service I personally received, the products used during my appointment did not meet my expectations, and the condition of my hair deteriorated following the treatment. Several months later, my hair remains dry and damaged. I did not post a review at the time of my visit. However, the continued conduct outside the salon has prompted me to share this experience. I have lived in this area for approximately 17 years and have not previously encountered a business engaging in this type of solicitation outside its premises. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this salon.!!!!!

   My mum and I came in for last minute haircuts and blow dries. Nadia and Roya were incredible, they were friendly and accommodating and we both love our hair cuts - also at a great price!! Highly recommend

   Absolutely loved the service done here! Got a colour analysis and toner by senior stylist Roya. She took me from an ashy blonde with highlights to an elegant timeless chocolate brown which I’ve tried so hard to get with different stylists! Roya did it in one sitting. She was kind, attentive and honest which I really appreciated. The junior Muminah is also so kind and sweet, she washed my hair. Would recommend this salon to anyone!

   Nancy was warm, friendly and chatty. She made me feel very comfortable and she always asked before cutting my hair. Not many hairdressers do that. Everyone has complemented my hair so thank you for a great job. I would highly recommend Pink & Rose.

   Have found it tricky in the past to find a good salon but Pink & Rose is one of the best I've come across in a long-time. So much so this was my second visit and I loved my the finished result. Staff are knowledgeable and understand exactly what you want. Will be going back in the future!

   The atmosphere was amazing. The staff are extremely attentive to ensure that you have a great customer experience. Nancy who did my hair was very thorough and paid attention to what i wanted and she definitely delivered. I loved the colour and the cut. I highly recommend this salon!

   AMAZING SERVICE!!! Thank you Nancy!!! I went to Pink and Rose for a toner, wash, cut and blow dry with Nancy. She was INCREDIBLE and the salon was very homely. It was honestly the best head massage I’ve ever had with the shampoo and conditioning, I felt so relaxed and I knew I was in experienced hands. The haircut was the same, precise, and exactly what I wanted. I would 100% return and would recommend to all ladies!!
