   I booked here for full legs, arms, underarms and Hollywood. This review is two stars only because of the lady who did the leg waxing, she was friendly and put me at ease. Absolutely no issue with her. Another woman did the other services barely spoke a word of English and obviously didn’t know what she was doing. She was just slapping on the wax and then ripping it off with no care or consideration for me as the client. I can only describe the whole process as humiliating and painful, I was almost in tears by the end. I’ve had many Hollywoods in the past so I know exactly what to expect/how they should be done and this was the worst by far. Do NOT come here for any intimate waxing.

   Barely any acknowledgement when I walked in although it was quiet. I asked if they can remove my shellac and they said yes. I then had to ask her to stop half way through the service (after mentioning it a couple of times) as she was removing too much and hurting my actual nails. My nails are way too thin now and very easily fold/break. Paid for half of the removal and did the other hand on my own.

   Had a pedicure today by Payal. She was brilliant, best pedicure I’ve had in a long time. Both ladies working today we’re so lovely, and very kind and friendly to me 8 year old niece who wanted to come to watch. I’ll most definitely be returning. Thank you!

From their humble down to earth nature, their friendliness, their suggestions, the intricate nail work was unreal, when you go to any beauty salon you expect the best service and this place is an epitome for top notch customer service. Thanks for being so welcoming and understanding.

   This is probably the best salon in the area! Mariam is absolutely amazing. My mum and I have always used her for hair colouring, hairstyling and lash extensions and we can never fault her, such a lovely girl! She will advise you on what is best suited for you, trustworthy, polite, professional and knows exactly what she’s doing. Will definitely be seeing her in a few weeks x

   Always get my eyebrows threaded here with Mariam, she provides the best service. I also only get my hair cut and styled here because Mariam is so lovely and very skilled, she is the only hair dresser I will use. Had a wonderful hair cut to trim split ends and my hair was left so soft afterwards , I was very pleased.

   I went for a massage today and booked it spur of the moment. Luckily they squeezed me in. I had a lady called Rinku… and I have to say I wasn’t disappointed. For over 1.5 years I have had a terrible sciatica issue… she could tell straightaway and got to work on it. She’s a miracle worker… in all these years I have had constant physio and massages and manipulation…. but not once have I got immediate relief and come out feeling great for once. she’s highly qualified with issues such as these. If you know - then you know how hard it is to find someone as qualified as this. Massage at its best, I’m so happy right now!
