   Horrible horrible place! Talk to you like you’re a child and do not care about your needs or welfare! You pay for your amh blood tests and have to request to see them which takes months to get via email because I didn’t believe my amh was low as they said. I went and had an amh test done privately and lo and behold it was actually really good, so Yorkshire fertility were going to put me on the wrong medication, which could’ve led to ohss! So glad I made the decision to go to Cyprus for my ivf, you get treated with respect ! Oh, and you don’t have to do weeks of COUNSELLING with private clinics either. They trust that you’re not mentally unhinged! They even asked my partner to leave the room whilst they asked me if she hits me, and then did the same with her. Horrible experience which caused me nothing but heartache and grief.

   Can't recommend this place highly enough... My partner and I have been to a private clinic before here on our journey and the level of service is far above at Yorkshire Fertility clinic. Helen and the team are fantastic, they are all so personable, the experience makes you feel as at ease as you can be. We have had to have some difficult conversations and make difficult decisions along the way but the team have supported us tremendously throughout and conducted themselves with ultimate honesty & integrity. Communication is superb, we have never once felt in the dark in what is a very nervy time for anyone. It's reassuring to feel that the team caring for you are so invested. Can't thank you all enough, keep doing a fantastic job - it makes a huge difference. To update on our outcome... 3 weeks ago our son was born healthy, against all odds and we couldn't be more besotted. After being told we only had one folicle of mature size, our little boy overcame every obstacle to make it through to full term and make our family complete! We genuinely wouldn't be in this position if it weren't for the care provided by the clinic and we are forever grateful to Helen and the team.

   We paid privately for a couples fertility test in Spring/summer of 2024. Its now nearly December and by the 20th of December we will have hopefully had our final results. To be clear this is an NHS service NOT private but it advertises it self as a private clinic. All tests are done though NHS, waiting times for tests are NHS then from doing tests expect to wait months for an appointment to discuss results. You have to fight hard to get appointments and they will not give you results. Do not pay this clinic just go through NHS. We have moved to another clinic and its light speed in comparison . Its days to get tests, days to get appointment not months and months. What a waste of our money and time not to the unnecessary stress and worry caused by withholding results and waiting months for appointments. The Staff are friendly but the whole process and business model is completely broken and is not what they advertise.

   My wife 42 years old and i, went through the ivf process this year. We had 2 eptopic pregnancies resulting in no tubes and went through the invitro protocol. We had a around 15% chance of it working. We didn't have much hope in all honesty but we're shocked to find it worked first time. We are now 22 week pregnant and having a daughter. The team at Yorkshire fertility were amazing and made my experience so much better. They explained everything so well and answered every query we had. We highly recommend choosing yorkshire fertility, we never felt a burden when my wife worried about certain things and she felt so comfortable with them. We wouldnt have e our miracle baby if it wasn't for this team and seacroft doe the egg removal and transferal. Thanks again. Mr & Mrs Ryan

   We received superb, timely support throughout the process from the team in Halifax and Manchester. Great services across the board from nurses and the leading doctor team. We felt that there was no distinction between NHS and non-NHS patients which is a good thing. Thank you all.

   I would absolutely say that you should avoid using this company. They saw me as a threat as I did not want to put a gamble of hard earned cash on their services following their sales pitch that we had to go to in a lecture theatre. At no point were genuine success figures used and when failure was mentioned it was done in an emotional blackmail way with a promise of support if (when) it did fail. As I had reservations, we were told to talk to an 'independent' Councillor who effectively spent an hour persuading me to do it and didn't listen to a single one of my concerns, it felt as though she was on sales commission. When it, predictably, failed we were offered a session afterwards but there was no support at this and it was just a conversation as to how we may want to do another bank transfer to them to try again. The staff can also be extremely rude and one doctor in particular is VERY arrogant and difficult to speak to. Both doctors however come across as smug and come across as highly uncaring.

   The staff at the fertility clinic do an amazing life changing job .i am 50 my partner is 38 I had a vasectomy reversal in order to try for a baby . We were helped a massive amount by mr Bono and his team and we caught first time . We now have a beautiful little girl born on Christmas Eve we can’t thank you enough

   For many years I have been through hard time going through fertility and to top it off this terrible person, specialist Dr. Debono who just does not have respect for women has an unwelcoming approach from the first time I have met him. He is a very rude person who speaks very aggressively and has no real interests in 'really' helping but to make me feel down and carry his big weight as he is 6 feet something tall. He has a different face in private and a total seem friendly face in public. Avoid this clinic and go to a place where they actually care and help in your journey and not in a journey of more stress which your fertility issues are already having a toll on you !
