   I never usually trust anyone with my eyebrows, but Pooja at Beauty Spot is absolutely amazing! She’s so skilled and really takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. Getting my brows done with her feels like a full experience, and the little touches she adds to make you feel relaxed go such a long way. The salon has such a welcoming, family feel, and her daughter is so lovely too. I couldn’t recommend Beauty Spot enough to anyone looking for a new go-to place.

   I was honestly so nervous when my last salon closed as I am incredibly particular about how I like my eyebrows and lashes done, and the thought of finding someone new was daunting. But then I found Pooja and her salon, and I couldn’t be more grateful! From the very first appointment, Pooja took the time to really listen to what I wanted, which immediately put me at ease. The results completely blew me away. She truly is fabulous at what she does and her attention to detail and skill are unmatched. Every visit feels more like a spa treatment than just a beauty appointment, thanks to all the little extras she includes that make the experience feel luxurious and relaxing. I walk out feeling pampered and totally confident every single time. I 100% recommend coming here - Pooja is a gem and her salon is a total find!

   I went to Pooja on 6th August for waxing services. And I had great experience she has offered me coffee and asked for snacks too. Very welcoming and the place is quite aesthetic you can easily wait without getting restless. I would recommend everyone to use their devices and its very warmth environment and a great service. I am putting this review on 8th August as I felt like I should be praising the work and love they gave to me.

   I have been going to beauty spot for more than 10 years, and everything has been amazing; the quality of the waxing is great, and the techniques used for facials are of latest technology. Pooja, the owner, is always seeking to learn and keep abreast of latest tends. Also, with busy schedule, always lots of flexibility to fit revised timing, which is always a bonus.    I've been coming to Beauty Spot for a number of years now for various treatments: eyebrow threading, tinting, waxing, facials and massage. Pooja is the only beautician to not cause pain when threading my eyebrows, which is incredible considering it's a method of plucking hair! The tinting lasts for ages, the facial I had was amazing and effective, and her waxing is painless and so quick. Love coming here for a bit of peace and quiet in a relaxing environment. Drop in, you won't regret it!

   I love to come here and have been to The Beauty Spot since it opened 13 years ago and it’s therapy just to visit and chat! Unfortunately Pooja does herself out of my business by being too good with her pedicures …. They last and last and last…. Highly recommended pampering! Of course the eyebrow threading is amazing and she is the only person I trust to cut my very long hair….it’s just so nice and relaxing to be here - lovely cup of tea too and, if we are lucky, we get to say hello to Teddy and Gucci too !
