   Today I had an extremely bad body massage with Mona at gallery of beauty Hounslow salon .i am a regular customer there and upon calling the other lady staff there and giving her a feedback of the massage on which she was not at all in favour of listening to me and said £30 what else you expect . There was no knowledge of pressure points , no relaxation techniques and pathetic massage by the massage lady . I’ve been doing massage with them from a long time with a different massage person and I even asked them yesterday that how is this lady with whom they are offering a massage and they just gave me the appointment. I relied on that and got an extremely bad massage and waste of my Money and then the behaviour of staff on giving A feedback was really disrespectful . If the owner is reading this kindly look into this thanks

   I have had a very pleasant experience at the Gallery of Beauty. I have had a massage and facial done by lovely young lady. It would be lovely if the massage room was more sound prof as I would like to relax while being massage. Unfortunately I could hear ever single conversation and sound coming from other rooms. Apart from that for the price I have paid I think it was worth it.

   I’ve had a keratin blowdry twice here, my hair is extremely thick and curly Mediterranean hair, and it has been left extremely smooth and manageable for a few months between each treatment. Katy also trimmed and reshaped my hair and I was very happy with the finish, and I have particularly high standards with my hair, having been to salons all over London, I was very happy. Thank you and see you in a couple of months!

   Today i had visited salon after long time. My hairdresser was Elvira ,professionally suggested treatment n colours for my desired balayage. Elvira was very patient, i have a thicker hair so takes time to do my hair as youcn imagine . Owner n all the ladies working there were very friendly. While waiting for the hair mask to settle i have received the best head massage from Elvira. My hair looks amazing. Definitely will be back!!!
