   I’ve been seeing Aneta for 4 years now, after she was recommended to me by a friend. At first, I was struggling with pitted keratolysis on my feet – which she successfully treated. Later, I developed an ingrown toenail – also fixed! The next challenge was a fungal nail infection. After a long treatment process, the nail is finally returning to its healthy state. If it weren’t for Aneta, my feet would be in terrible condition, especially since I work 12-hour shifts in safety shoes. Aneta = PROFESSIONALISM! The salon has a warm and pleasant atmosphere. Everything is sterile and spotless. I wholeheartedly recommend her!❤️

   I’ve been going to Beauty&You in Northfields for many years now and it’s truly an amazing place. I’ve had a wide range of treatments there, including pedicures, manicures, and laser treatments, and every single time I’ve been extremely happy with the results. Aneta is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and clearly passionate about what she does. She always takes the time to explain each treatment and make sure you feel completely comfortable and at ease. One of the things I value the most is how impeccably clean and hygienic everything is. All tools are thoroughly sterilised, everything is opened fresh from sealed, individual packages right in front of you, and the whole salon is always spotless. It’s something that gives you real peace of mind, especially when it comes to treatments involving skin or nails. The atmosphere in the salon is warm, friendly, and relaxed, yet always very professional. Aneta has a wonderful way of making you feel welcome and well cared for, and it’s clear that her clients’ comfort and satisfaction are her top priorities. The quality of service is always consistent, and you can tell you’re in experienced hands. Over the years, I’ve recommended Beauty&You to many friends, and every single one of them has had the same amazing experience. It’s one of those rare places where you feel pampered, respected, and genuinely looked after from the moment you walk in. I really can’t recommend it highly enough.

   I cannot praise enough this place. I spent a decade of my life believing that I had toe nails infection and hiding my feet in any possible way. Over the years, I tried many treatments (medicsn and non medical) with no effect. My self confidence was bottom low.. A year ago someone recommended me Aneta, I went to see her and she truly transformed my life. Her professionalism and knowledge are to the highest standards. Aneta diagnosed my issue correctly, started the treatment and this summer for the first time in 15 years I wear open toes sandals!! Forever grateful! 30/06/2025 EDIT: with further comment: For over 15 years I struggled which with I thought was a toe nalil fungal infection, on both both big toes. The nails were disfigured, thick and yellow and did not grow. Multiple consultations with GP, followed by samle taking (which came back clear each time), at least 6 oral antibiotics courses, which didn't bring any effects left me feeling hopeless and desperate. I was referred to podiatrist who was also unable to do anything or even suggested what the issue was. All those years I used to cover my feet, being ashamed and anxious of how they look. Two years ago, I was recommended Aneta by friend of mine. My first visit at Beauty and You studio, changed my life with the whole honesty. Aneta's expertise allowed her to diagnose me within the first minutes of the visit. I was told that I had bone spur (osteofit) on the toe tips which prevent the correct nails growth (the distal nail embedding with bone overgrowth of the distal phalanx). Aneta explained in detail how my treatment in her studio is going to look like, and prepared me that this may not be sufficient. She further explained that a surgical procedure may be required. Aneta took her time to detail all the steps of this possibility which put me at ease. Few visits at her studio made an impressive improvement in how my toe nails looked and the next summer I bought myself first pair of sandals in 15 years! At present I am trying to to have bone spur removed and tip toes remodelled here in UK. GP to assess the condition (which he had never heard about..) referred me to have x ray done, and when the results came back, he was stunned that Aneta's diagnosis was so accurate. I was referred to podiatrist again, who further referred me to orthopedic surgeon (my visit is in a 2 weeks time). Both GP and podiatrist saw the pictures of my toes throughout Aneta's care and praised her for the results she achieved and her in depth knowledge. I honestly can say that Aneta saved me and changed my life. Her professionalism, diligence and kind heart not only made my toe nails look beautiful and pink but also she improved quality of my life immaculately. I am not embarrassed to show off my feet, my anxiety around this issue disappeared. With my whole heart I can recommend Aneta and I will be forever grateful what she did for me

It was about how I felt during our communication — something just as important, especially in a profession that deals with sensitive and personal matters. I felt dismissed, unsupported, and left in limbo for two nights/ days while struggling with severe anxiety. That wasn’t impatience — it was genuine fear that caused 2 sleepless nights and nightmares. Sadly, your tone and handling of the situation only added to that distress. It’s also worth noting that despite your suggestion of a possible procedure, no actual pricing was ever provided — so I’m not entirely sure what it is you're defending. I asked clear questions, both on the phone and in the chat, but didn’t receive the information I needed. Even an approximate range or a cost bracket would have helped me feel more informed and prepared, rather than overwhelmed and left guessing. I find it disappointing that instead of simply acknowledging the emotional impact caused by your suggestion of surgery, your response focused primarily on defending your reputation. A small expression of empathy would have meant far more. People fight silent battles, and I was vulnerable enough to share mine — not to attack here, but to highlight how easily someone’s experience can be invalidated, even unintentionally. Yes, my review was posted before a physical visit — but based on real interaction nonetheless. That interaction shaped my view, and I stand by it. I understand you may feel protective of your business, but dismissing my words as unfair comes across as both defensive and invalidating. We live in a country that values freedom of speech, and I exercised that right respectfully. I’m confident your business will remain strong, especially given your many positive reviews and loyal clients. We clearly weren’t the right fit, and that’s okay. However, while the initial communication seemed helpful, I became increasingly concerned with the way my case was handled. A serious recommendation for potential surgery was made purely based on a few pictures, without any in-person examination or proper diagnostic testing like an X-ray or anything. This felt not only premature but careless and deeply unsettling. The suggestion of surgery — even if presented as a “simple” — was alarming, especially when no thorough investigation had been done at all. Thankfully, due to a lack of follow-up from their end, I sought a second opinion from a qualified podiatrist immediately who took the time to assess my condition properly. It turns out my issue was treatable with far less invasive care. Additionally, I found the lack of clear communication around pricing and treatment plans to be unprofessional. I had asked multiple times for clarity and received none, which gave me serious concerns about transparency and ethics. I truly hope this business reflects on the importance of responsible communication and patient care. We are not just cases — we’re people, often coming in with anxiety or pain, seeking not just treatment but trust! I do not recommend this place based on my experience, but I hope they improve for the sake of future clients.

   I have been Aneta's customers for years now. She's only one in area that offers medical pedicure, which is blessing with my problematic ingrowing nails. I've tried almost every possible treatment before I've found her, and thats my bigger luck so far. Now my toes are free from pain, and let me tell you i couldn't walk without pain before. Shes very professional and knowledgeable, her salon is cleaner than some of doctors offices I've seen. All tools are professionally sanitised. It's always a pleasure appointment. She offers wide range of face and body treatments which I've used as well. Very good value for money.

She is friendly, helpful and her gentle and soothing approach is so relaxing. I leave loving my nails each time. Skin care including facials is amazing. For me, visiting her is a little moment of pure relax time every few weeks.
