I had an excellent experience with Natalia. Originally I arranged wash and blow dry but she also did a trim. She did a fantastic job and was professional and had a lovely manner. She clearly has a good ‘eye’ for hair and I highly recommend her.
Absolutely love my hair! Natalia is an amazing hairdresser ,she created the most gorgeous sunshine blonde for me! She’s so lovely and friendly, and the salon has such a beautiful atmosphere. I’m super happy with the results and truly recommend her. The location is great, the service was excellent, and my blonde is a perfect match with my red Christmas dress. I went for a curtain fringe hair cut, the hair dresser then cuts my fringe and I say there are some longer bits in my eye but maybe when it dries it will be shorter so let’s see and and she says no it’s ok I will cut a bit more. She dries it and it’s a disaster it’s so short. I actually cried when I got home. Terrible NEVER AGAIN! I think if I did it myself it would have been better a professional would say let’s dry it and see because she knows her job and how these things work. Instead she made it shorter and shorter and then she went to snip more I told her aren’t you making it shorter don’t cut anymore she said no I’m just blending it. When I left she had the audacity to say I hope your fringe grows back quickly! I went to feel good about myself I left feeling terrible!
This was my first visit to the salon, and I can confidently say I’ve found my new favorite spot. My stylist, Natalia, was absolutely amazing — I couldn’t recommend her more! She listened carefully to what I wanted and delivered exactly that, or even better. She really took extra care to ensure the highlights blended perfectly with my natural hair. Natalia was not only skilled but also genuinely lovely — she took the time to give me tips on how to care for and improve my hair. After trying many salons in London, this was by far the best experience I’ve had. I’m so happy with the result and looking forward to my next appointment :)
Came in for a treatment, wash, cut and style. My stylist was Natalia and she was amazing! Great communication especially during the cut. She listened to what I wanted and gave me an amazing cut based off me wanting movement in my hair and wanting to keep as much length as possible. Styled beautifully as well. My first time here and I will definitely be back!

I went to Bella & Bello for a routine haircut and came back with a wicked Black Widow look! Natalia, who cut my hair, suggested I would look good in red/ginger. I thought it was a fantastic idea and considered coming over again. Plot twist: Natalia did my colour on the spot, quick and professional! I instantly looked ten years younger and felt radiant.
