   I had a Brazilian wax done by Sam, and the experience was outstanding. Even though I was running late, she still accepted me and made me feel truly welcomed from the moment I walked in. I’ve had Brazilians before, but this was my first time with Sam, and I admit I was a bit nervous — she put me completely at ease. She worked so quickly yet with great care. What surprised me most was how painless the procedure was; I felt comfortable the entire time. Everything was professional and thoughtful. I’ll always choose Sam over and over again in the future — her skill, warmth, and reassurance make her the person I’ll trust for this kind of service every time. Highly recommend!

   I had the pleasure to encounter this very friendly lady who did a great job with my butchered eyebrows. She took good care of my sensitive skin. The salon was clean as well, no loud music like in other places. Will return for other treatments.

   Not the best, had my brows done. The lady took too much off leaving me with extremely thin eyebrows. Also did not mention it is cash only. So I ended up paying £10 instead of £6 on card for eyebrows that I did not like. She did not offer to even give me back £4 in cash.
