   Not the best hairdresser I’ve ever been to and certainly won’t be going back. Started with the wash using purple shampoo instead of the Brazilian to strip the colour out so had to be washed again as my hair came out so purple. Then the cut is so short on the sides I can’t do anything with it so now having to use a hairband until it grows out. She went very scissor happy with layers I’ve ended up with a fringe I said I didn’t want. It was meant to be shorter at the back and longer at the sides. I certainly didn’t get what I asked for. For a very expensive cut I’m really not impressed. Thankfully it’s only hair and will grow but I would not recommend this salon.

   I’ve been going to Hobs Salon Bushey for over eight years—Chloe usually works her magic on my hair, and she’s nothing short of phenomenal. But today, with Chloe away, I had the absolute pleasure of being in Paige’s chair… and wow, she did not disappoint! Paige is clearly a rising star. She listened, advised, and brought my colour to life like a pro. I left the salon feeling fabulous—and totally obsessed with my hair! Big love and thanks to Paige—you nailed it!

   Chloé is amazing and each time I have my hair coloured I just leave it in her capable and experienced hands to do my highlights. She never fails to amaze me how she gets what I want and I leave with the most amazing colour. Chloé deserves credit for her amazing service and is a credit to Hob Salon. Thank you for making my experience a happy one as usual. Just love the ambiance of this salon too. Everyone is friendly.

   Fantastic service, Ben is the hairdresser to go to. He listens to what you are actually asking for and delivers a cut that you can style...and grows out lovely. The advice he gives and suggestions as well goes a long way. So happy to have found Ben at HOB Salon Bushey

   I love having my hair done at this salon. The staff are extremely professional, friendly and polite and do a great job at making the client feel at ease. I went for a model hair cut and this means that the trainee takes a bit longer than expected. However, a trainer and more experienced stylist checks over the hair, guides the student hairdresser and also corrects the hair when they have done it wrong. The shampoo experience here is always great and there is no hard-core selling of any products. A thoroughly enjoyable experience!

   Tried to book a haircut with either 1 of 2 hairdressers I’ve been visiting at this HOB for the last 2-3 years. I was advised that they have both left since my last haircut 4 weeks ago (one apparently this morning). I booked a cut anyway with a new guy. I have always had my hair cut and beard trimmed for £31.50 since I have been coming here. After my haircut (where the service was nowhere near the previous hairdressers - rushed and didn’t even show me the back of my head after the cut), I asked for my beard to be trimmed and was told that today this would be an extra £10. I informed the new guy that I had always paid £31.50 for everything. His response was that I’ve never had my hair cut by him before and these were his prices and I was obviously just getting a good deal before, so take it or leave it. Management were around and they are fully aware of the price I have been paying for the last 2-3 years but said nothing. I paid an extra 25% for a service which wasn’t even as good as usual. Poor business practice from the management here. No customer loyalty. This was my last visit to this HOB. Will try find one of the quality guys that has recently departed from here instead and go direct.
