   My mum visited today for a root touch-up, cut, and blow dry. The cut and blow dry were great — the stylist did a lovely job and was friendly throughout. However, the colour was really disappointing. The greys weren’t covered properly because the shade used wasn’t dark enough. Even the stylist noticed at the end and admitted the colour hadn’t taken as it should have, saying they’d been cautious since it was Mum’s first visit. Unfortunately, there was no offer to fix it or provide any kind of discount, which was a shame. Overall, a good cut but poor colour and customer service left us a bit underwhelmed.

   I come here regularly for body waxing as well as eyebrow threading / waxing and the service is always excellent. The salon consistently makes sure everything is done perfectly. Special thanks to Alpa and Premila for always doing such a flawless job on my eyebrows—I get compliments on them every time! Highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for great service and attention to detail.

   Since all the good staff have gone this place has lost all its reputation. Premila is rubbish at her job! She did my eyebrows and tried to cover up all her mistakes with tint. She cuts my eyelids with thread (never has that happened to me) and didn’t even remove all the hair. I hadn’t had my eyebrows done for over a year and was so disappointed in the outcome. Bring back the old staff or get proper staff.
