I always love the service and had the best services, but unfortunately this time I got the junior for my pedicure and it’s like haven’t done pedicure at all! My feet look like haven’t been scrubbed! And the same for manicure!
I came in for a shellac manicure and couldn’t be happier with the results. My nails look flawless and the finish is super shiny and smooth. Also a big thank you to the fantastic receptionists Lucy and Evelyn who are super professional and very friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Tranquility to anyone looking for high-quality nail services!
Clean place and lovely staff. I have been coming here for facials for many many years and it never disappoints! All the girls are really lovely and easy to talk to, but I give a particular shout out to Zoey and Gemma with whom my mother and I have built a particular bond with!

NEVER take the risk of going to this salon and don’t be fooled by the seemingly decent store front. It’s dirty inside and the staff’s customer service were horrendous. Dirty towel, floor and sink (mould are visibly there-see picture attached). The receptionist/manager in green failed to ask what types of nails I have on, proceeded to blame me for not mentioning I have shellac nails on mid-treatment (AND matching the same brand they use) to charge me extra. They tried to dipped my fingers in acetone directly, turning my finger tips all white, instead of only using acetone on my nails to remove them. Not only did the manager have a terrible attitude, her responses was to corner me into either paying extra or switch to regular paint as my “options”. I finally decided to walk away with my nails in this state (see photos attached), completely appalled by the attitude given & outcome!!
