Solid 20+ minutes of ads before the film. No wonder it was empty. Response: Just state when the film actually starts, then people can turn up then, rather than get annoyed with inane advertising.
The Odeon Cinema in Worcester may have outdated facilities; however, it boasts excellent and professional staff who are courteous and always willing to assist. I will definitely choose this cinema again.
I took my son to this cinema today for his first ever cinema trip. James, Ruth and Jack all went above and beyond to make this a special experience including stickers, balloons and an upgrade to the comfier seats (as my son isn't quite heavy enough to keep the folding ones down!) Absolutely amazing experience and customer service. Thank you!
Very dated but clean and nice place to go when it isn't hot. No air conditioning made sitting in a small cinema for 3 hours in the summer and unpleasant challenge. Bar this was good with nice staff. TBH just go to the Vue up the road if showing what you want or haven't got vouchers to use.
I used to go to this cinema regularly when I was younger but stopped when the Vue opened in Worcester. So probably not been here in 25 years. I went recently to see the new superman movie. This cinema is very tired and run down. The screens are really small and the projectors are in the middle of the room so they obscure the screen when you sit in certain spots. Wouldn’t recommend this place unfortunately.
My problem was not with the Odeon cinema but the nasty taxi driver who beeped his horn on his taxi shouting at a disabled driver to move away or he'd report me whilst raging abusive words and scaring my daughter being inappropriate. I was waiting for my 8year old son to come out to find his dad waiting now I have had to park halfway down the road calming my daughter down. I must say the taxi rank was half empty and there was plenty of space for a supposedly professional driver. I almost feel vindicated being disabled and being shouted at I felt this was a terrible incident and should be shared and please stay vigilant.
Great viewing experience Odeon Worcester is a modern and spacious multiplex cinema located in the heart of the city. With 8 screens and state-of-the-art technology, it offers a great movie-watching experience. The seats are comfortable and the sound and picture quality is excellent. The cinema also has a wide variety of food and drink options, including a Costa Coffee and a Ben & Jerry's ice cream counter. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the facilities are always clean and well-maintained. One of the great things about Odeon Worcester is that they regularly have special offers and promotions, such as discounted tickets for students and senior citizens, and special deals on food and drink. They also have a loyalty scheme where you can earn points for every visit and redeem them for free tickets and other rewards. Another plus point is the parking facilities. There is a large car park next to the cinema, which is free for the first 3 hours and also there are multiple public transportation options available to reach the cinema as well. In general, Odeon Worcester is a great place to catch the latest movies and enjoy a night out with friends or family. The cinema is well-equipped, comfortable, and offers a great overall experience
Visited on boxing day at around 12pm - the 2 staff members were very nice and friendly! The cinema itself is very easy to get too, easy layout and shows some great films.
Went to see Avatar - The Way of Water. To be honest, the screen could have been bigger. I don't think the screen size coped well with a 3D feature film. Otherwise, everything else was great.
Had such a lovely visit today. The employees were outstanding - all so helpful and went above and beyond. I loved the way the girl asked me if we enjoyed the film. I gave two little ones and it was such an enjoyable time
