Excessively thinned out my eyebrows without even consulting me beforehand and uneven shape. It’s been 3 months and eyebrows still haven’t grown back which shows how much she threaded off. Shes nice but if you don’t know how to do eyebrows don’t offer it.
What an awful experience. For starters, the lady who washed my hair didn’t know the use of shampoo and conditioner I guess cause she used conditioner to massage my hair and head(looking forward to all the hair fall), the comb they used had broken spokes and hair from previous clients so there goes hygiene. The lady who cut my hair didn’t know how to blow dry I guess so cause she went for the straightener and started using that on my hair. Then another lady came in, who again not sure what she did but totally dissatisfied with how my hair has turned up. The worst cut I have ever had and it was uneven too. I was so irritated by the end of it all and just sat through it cause I was already halfway through the process.
Angel/ Aleesha was so cute and professional! I brought my own colour as I wanted to experiment something new, but she really made sure my hair was really taken care of like a pro. Plus I got a very nice scalp massage! Thank you so much!
I did my facial with Aleesha, she is awesome, she did my facial very well, it felt so relaxing nd great, if u looking for facial I totally recommend her.
I wish there was an option for 'no stars'. Went in here for a pedicure and they kept me waiting for an hour, and still no service. Only because they weren't able to get some 'pedicure chair' running. And the place smelt of diesel the whole time. Quite hazardous, needs reporting to the council. Been disappointed with the service in the past, I regret returning. Don't waste your time.
Kid's haircuts were done nicely both times, and dealt with my toddler really well. But no regard for booked appointments. Also kids lose patience very quickly, so sticking to the time would make it better to handle them. The owner who did the haircut came half an hour late, then made my kid sit ready in the chair and went about her work for another 15 mins. Also last time there was a scissor cut near my kid's eye after the haircut.
Rama Ashwini is fantastic with threading services such as eye brow and upper lip threading. She does with utmost care and safety and ensures comfort. Most importantly the back neck and shoulder massage by Leisha was worth every penny as she knew exactly how to find the pressure points. The massage was extremely relaxing especially after months and months of stress.
A completely mismanaged , understaffed Saloon. Be prepared to wait even if you have an appointment. The appointment is never done on time . The owner Ashwini is very argumentative and needs to learn customer service. Some of her staff are very good and always do an amazing job which is the only reason the saloon is busy! When her shop gets busy she forces you to get your service done by her Mum who is definitely not trained in beauty. If you refuse that then she starts arguing with you telling that her saloon is very busy.
