My hair is just a disaster, it is very dry and burnt. I came to do highlights and I have got a brown hair, my hair is darker than when I came in. I just wanted light highlights and now I have brown hair, nothing to do with what I wanted and the picture I showed to the hairdresser.
Thank you for my lovely lashes. Such time taken to put them on and the aftercare was helpful too. Will definitely come and get them done again.
This was my partner's first time having her hair styled by Mona. My partner visited Mona to have her trimmed and highlights done and all I can say is wow. By the time Mona was done, my partner's hair was transformed and she was overjoyed with the result. Mona is an absolutely amazing stylist who puts her heart into her work and will channel your hair into art and the results are amazing. My partner has been feeling down as of late due to ill health and she came out of Mona's salon absolutely glowing. Mona herself is also extremely personable and entertaining, as well as professional and this could be seen by the variety of customers that would come in and enquire whilst we were there and my partner is now one of them and will not allow her hair to be styled by anyone else. Also, as an added bonus, Mona's prices are extremely competitive and for what she does, she could easily charge more and it would be worth every penny. Thank you Mona for making my partner so happy and we will see you again soon.
I went to Mona’s to get my hair highlighted and trimmed. I also ended up getting my eyebrows threaded as I was very impressed when I saw the other customers getting theirs done. Mona was amazing and took time to really listen to what I wanted, all the staff were very friendly and professional. My hair came out amazing!!! It was exactly as I wanted. Eyebrows were very quick and painless and look amazing…. I left feeling like a whole new woman!… Will definitely be returning for more treatments. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Mona is amazing. She’s verg knowledgable about different hair types. I have very curly afro hair and she blowdry and trims it for me, using lovely serums to make it soft. My hair has really started to grow. She’s also really reassuring and complimentary!
She has a salon but is unable to cut hair straight? I took my sisters to her to get a straight cut and came home to find it uneven with some hair longer and some shorter cut terribly. i had to go back to her so she could fix it and even then she was struggling to cut straight. Their hair is cut badly now. i do not recommend this place at all. she’s unhygienic, unprofessional and struggles to do simple things like a cut. what kind of hairdresser is this? DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. STAY FAR AWAY.
I am putting this review as I have been thoroughly disappointed.I rarely ever post a review,I had previously put a review in (as I was asked to-I was generous and gave them an 4 star , because the pedicure chair was horrible which I mentioned in my review)and since then the women there have not spoken to me or shown me attitude. Instead of apologizing the lady then proceeded to explain to me for over 10 minutes how this is hospital grade chair (which , it clearly , is not.) Also , you can’t catch/target someone after a review, for their opinion! That’s very unethical! I then went to the parlor twice /thrice after that because of convenience of location for me , but this time it was the worst experience of my life. Another lady put the wax and pulled my skin so hard I’ve now got 2 marks on my upper lip (with pictures) and also a bald patch on my eyebrow , and her excuse was that I flinched and it’s my fault , over and over again without saying sorry to me even once. I was so disappointed I left in tears. Mind you , I always flinch and this never happens to me. I will never be going back here again . They’re so rude even when I’m smiling and talking to them with zero remorse . The lady also tells me after me coming in and looking at my uppercut hair that “I’ve let it grow too long” . Mind you , again, I’m someone who works 13 hours on call shifts in the hospital-how can you even judge someone like that?!! I do not recommend the women ever again.
I went in for eyebrow threading and ended up having a wash and blow dry. Mona fitted me in straight from work. The service was excellent. Very professional and the environment was very clean. Lovely and friendly ladies. Definitely recommend them.
