I really liked my haircut! Rita was super friendly, and made sure I was happy with the result. She also gave me suggestions and was great to talk with her!
Visited for the first time yesterday and I’m so glad I did! Rica is so lovely and welcoming, I felt instantly comfortable. She is also very thorough and excellent at her job- she spent a lot of time on my hair, making sure I got exactly what I wanted. Sofia, who does beauty treatments, was also there and also incredibly friendly and welcoming. The fact so many regulars dropped by when I was there is a true testament to Rica’s skills and friendliness. Thank you!
Rica is a hidden jewel - she is an amazing hairdresser. Amended the haircut I had and was very unhappy with, changed my hair colour which I now love, and my confidence has returned !! Recommend her highly. And apart from that, she is a genuine lovely kind person. Thank you Rica.

Sorry but are these highlights worth 80£? I was thinking to not write a bad review as Rica was very friendly and lovely to me, however every time I am blow drying my hair I want to cry. The salon does not seem clean (hair in the corners and on shaving machine), service provided was fast but, not professional at all. 2 member of staff were working on my hair, a guy kept asking question how highlights are done, finishing result you can all see from photos. I know that hair dying is damaging as I am doing it over 6 years but, never after the service my hair were this dry and uncontrollable.
I am a regular customer at Rica’s hair and beauty for waxing and I have never been disappointed with her services. It has been the best waxing experience I have ever had. She’s a lovely person and makes you feel comfortable when she is waxing. I will always go to her for waxing. Thank you.
