   Big Disappointment... unprofessional... when I arrived for my hair balayage appointment at 11:00 . The lady was busy to see me... So i told her i will leave be back in an hour. On my return to the salon after an hour around 12:15... So for another 1 hour i sit & wait until my car park time is up. So i leave with my 2 year old son to park the car in sainsbury for 2 hours.... I told the lady that on my return she had to do me next. I left with my 2 year old son parked the car, came back and she is still face waxing and threading... like OMG I am a very polite and patient person and it is Eid in two days so i just sit to wait... When my two hours were up I started to panic 1 hour parking and now I can't park in sainsbury amymore.... so I called the lady out telling her she had to do me next... very frustrated i told her that i couldnt wait for ever just because my hair needs more time all women with quick fixes went before me ( like 4 women who needed face wax or thread just went ahead of me) ... so i went out to park my car again for the 3rd or 4th time... ( bear in mind i had a two year old getting restless) after i parked my car in the 4 hour spot. I headed back to the salon i insisted i be next. She sat me put highlights in my hair ( which she convinced me to get / i only wanted half or full balayage only) and she left that in my hair and went for her lunch break i absolutely was getting anxious and paranoide with the bleach in my hair after 45 mintues and me calling her over twice she came to remove the foil... after an hour. my fringe was a disaster it looked terrible yellow ugly stripes of white amd yellow... so i try being patient & stayed calm to see the end result... so after colour wash and hair cut i literally could not see a differentin my hair cut only that it was 2 inches short....honestly no difference except like I had yellow egg York running on my haed.... Long story short i conclusion: ●.. they didnt see my as a first priority client ( for my child sake) ●or take me in as a first come first serve basis ●or take me in because i had booked 2 days in advance... My experience was HORRIBLE I was emotionally recked... I didn't even like the my hair ✂️ all she was cut the tips of the end of my hair. I didn't get what I wanted at the end of the day... and didnt even show of my hair on the specialoccasion.. I wish I didn't ignore the bad reviews I read on their site. honestly I should have listened.... I hope they contact me to fix my hair or give me a free treatment because it is just unfair....

   Me and my friend went here to get our eyebrows threaded quite late in the day. They were happy to serve us and only told us they were closing afterwards, when we asked. They were still happy to see us both and (although they weren't technically open) the woman who did both of our eyebrows did a very thorough job. Both me and my friend were extremely happy with the service and the price (£5 for threading) was brilliant for London! We will definitely be going here again to get our eyebrows done and very much looking forward to trying out their different services! Thank you so much! Lovely customer service and brilliant results!

   Worst haircut I could ever receive! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY I PROMISE YOU I LEFT CRYING BECAUSE OF HOW BAD IT WAS! I spoke to 2 different people working their and they gave me two different prices - they don’t stick to one price they lie about prices. They refuse to give me refund and after several calls they denied my refund as well as were extremely rude. They turned me away multiple times and kept on lying. I wish I can give them 0 stars after how rude and disrespectful these people were. Save your money don’t bother

   I havnt been to a salon for a while and needed a full pampering session before travelling to meet my husband after a long break of not being together. I loved everything about this salon, the service from the manager and the staff was amazing and sobia, who did my facial and pedicure was so understanding to my needs. She did a fabulous job and I would definitely recommend her for her professionalism. The lady who did my roots was also very good and professional. I will definitely be coming back here again.

   Lovely salon with beautiful friendly staff. When I was walking down the main road to the shop I was a little worried as it looked a bit run down, however as soon as I saw the shop I was pleasantly surprised. Such a pretty outside, when I opened the door I loved it. Big shiny chandeliers and flowers everywhere. I wish I took a picture of the inside! Had a slight issue where I was double booked however we were both seen and Tag, my hairdresser worked her butt of to sort us two customers out. Tag was very quick and so skilled. I did come out with a slightly different style to that which I originally wanted but I asked her to decide what she thought was best, and I'm glad I did. I absolutely love my hair style. I had a balayage. First time having any colour and drastic change to my hair and I am so in love with it. The team work very well together. I believe the nail technician was called April, she washes my hair and I was so relaxed I wanted to fall asleep! Shooq was very friendly and all the ladies there are so beautiful. I have a new found confidence now thanks to Tag. Thank you so much :-*
