   I go here to get my dry haircut and blow-dry. I get long layers here. The haircut is amazing. This is now my go to place. If you want long layers ask for Sushmita. I think thats her name. I'm not sure. Her name starts with an S and she cuts these amazing layers into your hair. I've tried haircuts in my local area but they weren't that good so I travel to Wembley to get my haircut here. The price is great too.

   Avoid this place at all costs. This was the worst waxing experience I’ve ever had. The Hollywood wax was rushed and done with zero professionalism — I left with multiple ingrown hairs and skin irritation. On top of the poor service, I was overcharged and given a completely different price than what was quoted at the start. This place is unprofessional and absolutely not worth your money.

   The staff members are very rude. The lady who did my eyebrows completely ruined my eyebrows and hair. So I asked for another lady. She massages another lady’s face with gel and attempts to apply the gel on my face without washing her hands. I had redness and my face broke out with pimples badly after the wax. I never have pimples on my face. The other lady who cut my hair, did not even brush my hair or part it properly to cut it. They do not greet customers at all. Very poor service. No hygiene. I do not recommend it at all.

   Sita is absolutely fantastic, I always contact her before going and she tries her hardest to accommodate me & fitting me within the schedule. When doing eyebrows I would never go to anyone else except her . Even if I had to travel, for many reasons; her hand is very light, she is good at giving shape to your natural brow and does not make it overly thin. So she sticks by what I’ve asked. She uses amazing products which are good quality and does not leave rashes on my skin. I would 100% recommend if you’re looking for a local beauty parlour in Wembley, as she is always very clean and hygienic!

   Last october i took the hair highlighting service. They did not give the colour I asked for. Later they said that exact colour never comes (they should have told this before starting). Haircolour: They did not add the colouring mixture (that comes with Garnier hair colour) and I did not get the quality for which I paid. Face wax: On one occasion they had burnt (it was a literal burn) my right cheek during face wax. I won't recommend it to anyone.

   messed up my eyebrows. went in with very thick eyebrows and not only did the make it super thin. The Shape is also uneven and both eyebrows aren’t even identical. terrible experience. i grew my eyebrows for an event and now don’t know what to do. i’m very annoyed, especially since i told the lady to do it thick and to shape up my brows. after reading the reviews it’s obvious this isn’t the first time

   I live in Finsbury Park but go all the way to this salon because it is very cheap. The decor is run down and very tight space but I don’t care as long as I get the treatment done at low cost because I like to get lot done (eyebrows, massage, Hollywood wax, underarms). At first I always managed to get treatments done when I walk in, but as the salon is extremely busy all the time, I get told they have no time. The main staff told me to make appointment next time but whenever I try to make appointment she says there is no time. When I try texting her for appointment she ignores it. It is a shame because this is the cheapest place I found but it is better to pay more and just get an appointment somewhere else.

   The worst eyebrow threading place I have ever been to in my entire life! I went in with thick eyebrows and told her to keep them thick when adjusting the shape. Not only did I come out with the thinnest eyebrows I have ever had, they were both uneven and different shaped. Made me feel absolutely terrible about them. The worst place I have ever been too. The staff also were not understanding and the whole procedure was rushed! If they were busy, they should have been professional enough to stop taking more customers and actually pay attention to the ones they already have. Never will I go back to this place, nor will I recommend to anyone I know.
