Such a great experience at Elite. A fantastic relaxed atmosphere where I really felt they took time and care over my treatments. A beautiful manicure followed by a fabulous pedicure. Trusha is new to Elite but did a really great job and I couldn't be more pleased. Cannot recommend more highly.
Had a wonderful time at elite cosmetology, was eager to go due to the incredible reviews and I am so happy I stuck with this salon. Ankita handled my sister and I so wonderfully, she talked our nerves down; ensured we understood the procedure step by step. She was so sweet and kept a light hearted atmosphere, keeping a steady conversation to distract us from the pain. The service was also very professional, she was extremely thorough during the treatment. She warned us during any parts that may cause discomfort and soothed the area very fast, leaving barely any pain. I especially felt very little pain, which was shocking as I have a very low pain tolerance. We would most certainly recommend this place to anyone interested and will return ourselves.
Great service and very friendly and professional team! I have been going to the salon for laser hair removal which is working brilliantly, also eyebrow threading and pedicure. All treatments I have had done I have been very pleased with and will be going back!
The ladies here are amazing. Being in my final week of pregnancy I was very nervous about getting my waxing done, but once I arrived they put my mind at ease straight away. They were so caring and genuinely interested in you as an individual. They even squeezed me in for a pedicure despite it being closing time. I would definitely recommend this place and will 100% be going back. x

I came across Elite Cosmetology when I was looking for a last minute facial and eyebrow tint and shape. The owner was incredibly accommodating and offered to fit me in between appointments. I was impressed with how good my skin looked afterwards and will be coming again in the new year for a second facial. She also managed to make my eyebrows look full despite the fact I have fine and light hair.
The lady who owns this business has several qualifications - masters, MBA, and continuing her research and development. She’s incredible insightful and lovely to chat to. I went for a deep tissue massage and it was really relaxing. The knots I had in my neck were massaged out and I feel a lot less stiff compared to when I walked in. Also, the advice on skin type was really helpful so I can appropriately cater for my skin.
The ladies at Elite were amazing - so friendly and accommodating, and the lash lift and tint genuinely shocked me, it was so good. Looks like I'm wearing mascara. I've had it done before at another place and it wasn't anywhere near as well done. I've included a picture but it doesn't do it justice. Will be booking again!
Just what I needed! I've not been here before but it's quite local to where I live. Booked the back, neck and shoulder massage when I heard we were going back into lock down. It is worth every penny. Ankita was just lovely and I really feel for her having to face closing so soon after newly opening. She knew my tension points without me having to say anything and worked on loosening me out. Overall a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend you book in and get your treatments done before Thursday, all about supporting local. And I hope this lovely little business makes it through the next couple of weeks so I can return again.
