I had an Elemis Superfood Pro-Radiance Facial with Nilani today. 60mins of relaxation and pampering! My neck, head and arms were massaged as part of the treatment, very enjoyable and my skin is so soft and moisturised. I feel thoroughly spoilt!

LifeSpa really make for a nice and comforting Spa experience. They are very friendly and offer very welcoming warm and clean rooms. Have been back several times and my latest experience was a lymphdrainage massage with Kelly. Loved it and can't wait to go back.
I had a very good experience at this spa! My therapist was friendly and professional, making me feel relaxed. I booked a full body massage and a facial treatment, from the gift voucher and both were good. The massage was soothing, releasing all my tension, and the facial left my skin glowing and refreshed. The treatment rooms beautifully scented, adding to the overall comfort and ease music. I left feeling rejuvenated and will definitely be coming back. Recommend!
I had a consultation on the phone before my treatment to make sure the treatment i booked was the right one to address the issues i was facing which was very helpful and well explained. The treatment I had, radiance reveal, had a noticeable affect on my skin and I would recommend doing it here. Every step was explained and carried out with consideration to the sensitives my skin can sometimes have.

I suffer with a really bad back. As a nurse I am constantly on my feet and can get all kind of aches and recently I was in a great deal of pain and unable to sleep. I booked a massage at Lifospa and the first good nights sleep I have had in ages. Professional greeting. Excellent massage. On my departure I made a future appointment and would highly recommend. As I have. I took my husband along with me who had a massage who did not stop talking about it to everyone. He is already asking when we r going back.
I have had wonderful treatments here. My therapist was Serena who does a brilliant manicure and a supremely relaxing facial. I love the calm welcoming atmosphere and the professionalism of all the staff. This place is a gem. I thoroughly recommend it.
