   If you are an African Women, Please hear me when I say this do not come here. I don’t know what kind of magic filter TikTok put on this place, but don’t trust those TikTok reviews and the 1 star reviews on here reflect this place . The service was extremely unprofessional and they were so hasty with my hair that I genuinely felt disrespected the disappointment was real. The next day, I went to a different salon and got treated so much better the difference in care was unbelievable. They did me dirty at this place it was pure hasid. They never pick up the phone, they pick and choose who they want to be nice to, and the whole experience was just horrible.You’re wasting your money here it’s truly not worth it. Highly don’t recommend.

   Had booked a treatment and a wig install. Both stylists were late to the appointments. What should have been a 2 hour appointment was 3 and a half. I asked for layers to be cut to be into the wig that wasn’t done and the stylist dropped glue into my eye and didn’t really seem to care. I booked through Treatwell and the following day the salon marked the appointment as cancelled??? Very shady won’t be back, wouldn’t recommend

   I have booked an appointment online one week in advance, I received booking confirmation and when I arrived there for my appointment, 10 min earlier even, the saloon was shut and no one inside. I waited outside in the cold for 20 min and no one showed up. I tried calling both numbers for over 5 times and no one picked up! When I got home I've seen that they had cancelled my appointment with only 30 min before the scheduled hour and an email notification was sent.. in that time I was already in the underground coming from work where I have booked half day off just to make it to this appointment. I have rescheduled the appointment again to the same day at 5:30 pm. I got there on time and had to wait for over 20 min. I made the appointment for a 30 min dry cut that was supposed to be £18 and when I had to pay the lady told me it costs £25, although I had an email confirmation with the price and everything... the hair cut didn't take more than 15-20min.. great way to treat new customers!

   Had an excellent treatment and silk press from Danielle. The service was fantastic given that I am heavily pregnant I needed to stop on several occasions and take a few regular breaks. She was very accommodating. The detangling process was actually enjoyable which with my tightly coiled hair is something that is virtually impossible. My hair felt well nourished and healthy. Thank you so much for an exceptional experience Danielle
