   Not happy to have to leave this review but I’m quite surprised with the good reviews here that led me to this place. I had a shellac pedicure that was very bad. - They didn’t clean the skin/cut the nails well and I had to keep explaining what I need. - No dehydrator even though I said I have oily nail beds. - Extremely bad application, uneven colour and visibly bumpy result. - Definitely not the square nail shape I asked for. - The file they were using was in a horrible state, covered in nail polish and visibly overused. - I had to ask them to file away the remnants of shellac and they still didn’t; they sat there and watched me do it myself after!!! I told the lady at the register that this was a very bad pedicure and bad experience and she just kept looking at me all annoyed. I now understand why this place was empty when I visited on a Saturday.

   Honestly I’m gutted to leave this review cause the lady that saw me was so lovely… I think maybe she had more experience with something else cause it took 2h to get gel extensions and they’re the thickest and messiest I’ve ever had. The gel isn’t even, you can feel lumps all over and they’re covering a bit of my cuticle as well. Not the length I wanted and many are also not centred… gonna have to get them redone for sure.

   The worst experience ever. The appointment was rushed, the lady doing it didn’t listen to my concerns and requests. She finished the application of acrylic within 15 min. My nails look bulky and the shape is horrible. Still charged me the full price for it even tho I expressed my unhappiness with the service provided. They only care about the money and not the customer!! Avoid at all cost! Update- The response from you as an owner is an absolute disgrace and disrespect towards your customers. The full acrylic set doesn’t take 45 min. The minimum time I was always offered in different salons is 1,5h. I am not the always unhappy customer as I was only came to your salon on one previous occasion and got shellac done which took 45 min without applying extensions and acrylic. Let’s start with the fact that I paid for manicure and full set gel but not even basic manicure was done on my nails. I was handled by two different people and the man applying the tips did a horrible job with it. I explained my unhappiness throughout the whole process and the lady kept saying she doesn’t know what I am talking about. Considering my appointment started at least half an hour late I didn’t have time to then sit there waiting for her to take everything off! The customer I asked about their opinion of said she would rather not comment on my nails. The whole process was done very quickly, very unprofessional and harsh. The shape of the nails is ugly, they are bulky, have a lot of glue underneath and no manicure was done! My nails look terrible just two days after getting them done and I am happy to provide the proof of it. Is this what a fresh set of nails should look like ? Considering how unhappy I was with it, the lady didn’t even offer any discount for her unprofessional behaviour. All you care about is money, not your customers!!!!

My friends all recommended this place and now I won't be going anywhere else. At such a reasonable price, was very patient with me and spent a good amount of time making it perfect

   Be AWARE!!! The nail service it’s absolutely awful!! I have paint all over my fingers my hands!!!! Contacted the shop for a refund and they told me that I have to go back to have them removed by them!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE if u don’t want to waste your time and money!!! The manager refused refund! Now I have to go and spend more money have this awful work removed!!! Absolutely disgusting

   I have such beautiful nails and its a great quality job .There the best you can get. The staff are also very nice and Friendly. They have the best shellac colours for Christmas.
