   Charlene supported us through a very challenging time in our family. Her approach, warmth and knowledge were excellent and exactly what we needed to help change as parents and be able to support our young person with all the ups and downs they were experiencing yet couldn't communicate verbally. I always say Charlene's help saved our family and gave us the tools we continue to use to help everyone be happy, safe and thrive together.    Charlene is empathetic and knowledgeable in regard to adopted children's life struggles. Charlene has given me an insight on how to help my child with their difficulties.
