   Went in to get my roots dyed, and near the end to comb it through to the ends...but that didn't happen Jo said she'd been hairdressing for 17 years....but you wouldn't of thought so, she just whacked the dye all over, any hairdresser knows the roots take a little longer to take! So when I got home I checked my roots and it was soooo patchy! And my hair cut wasn't even!!!! 1 side was longer than the other! I'll never again use this salon! I couldn't go back because the following day I was in surgery. What a total waste of my time & money!

   I booked a consultation to get highlights and extensions. Only to wait 35 minutes and to be told by the receptionist to come back another time as the hairdresser was busy. Can I also state that the woman who was supposed to do my consultation was standing beside me with her client, she wouldn’t look at me but kept passing messages to the receptionist to forward onto me. Extremely unprofessional and they weren’t even apologetic. Poor service and clearly did not want new clients. If they were sorry for my inconvenience or even warned me that this could have happened at the beginning, I would have been understanding. I do not recommend.

   I recently had my hair cut with Tam, such a wonderful person & an amazing hairdresser.i had called last minute to get a quick cut and they were incredibly accommodating. Everyone in the salon is warm & welcoming. They make you feel comfortable immediately. I was offered a drink & my hair was washed by a lovely lady (sorry, I didn't get her name), a wash cut and blow dry was only £24.00! It is an excellent salon & I shall be returning to see Tam to do my balayage! Thank you all for keeping it real!

   Saw Georgia the beautician...very friendly and professional and informative of her treatments. Had henna brows, my brows looked amazing and for someone with hardly any brows i would definitely recommend. Lovely salon and friendly staff. Will definitely go back here.
