   This place isn’t just for ladies — it’s for men too. I’ve been coming to get my eyebrows threaded for the last few months. They can always squeeze me in and they listen properly to what I want. Highly recommend.

   Rita did an amazing job on my hair today. I booked a full wash, cut and blowout and she was amazing with every step. She patiently listened during the consultation and I showed her some pictures (front and back view) of what I wanted. She would show and explain what she was cutting off to make sure I was comfortable. I can’t wait to book with her again x

   The lady inside shouted at my 4 year old son before we even got through the door. Managed to find time as a mum of 2 to have my eyebrows threaded, my son kindly opened the door for me to get in with my pram and the lady inside immediately shouted at my son that he cannot come in with his scooter, which he was holding and not even riding. I had not even come through the door yet. Ive been in many times before with both of my kids, with my sons scooter, and have never been treated this way. In fact, when my daughter got upset during my threading, the staff have always been so lovely to her and played with her, understanding that it isn't easy to look after yourself as a mum of small children. Im not sure what the lady expected me to do about the scooter - should I have left my son outside on the street to wait for me? Sufficed to say, I wont be coming back.

   I got my eyelash extensions refilled here. Please dooooo not come here. I paid £55 for classic infills and when I got home, I still had so many lashes that didn’t have extensions on them. Waste of money! In response to the owner: I shouldn’t have to call and come back in order for the job to be done properly the first time. Outrageous for £55.

   An excellent Beauty Salon and the staff were extremely professional and friendly. They did an excellent job with my hair and I loved ir. My hair is extremely thick and therefore difficult to style so I was impressed with the team here and I would highly recommend this place to everyone.    The staff members were extremely rude and ill tempered towards me and my companions. They also were taking videos and pictures of us without our permission which is ILLEGAL, this is absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional. We were enraged by how we were treated. Also i asked the hair stylist for a beach wave hairstyle, however i got the complete opposite. The hair stylist could only do 1 hairstyle! She didn't even use TONGS!!! I was so confused as every hair stylist should have the basic resources, whereas she only used a hairdryer and a comb. I had to pay 25 pounds for the exact hairstyle as everyone else. In addition, the staff members were also talking in their own language and they were clearly talking about me and my companions. One of my companions asked for 2 nails to be painted and it was for 5 POUNDS, even though is was 10 pounds to paint all nails! Overall the nails were badly done, and my companions were hugely disappointed with the outcome. I would not recommend this salon AT ALL. It is clearly overpriced for what we asked for.
