I have been going to Helen for my haircuts for two years now and she always does a great job with my type 2B wavy hair. And she’s just a kind soul - it’s a joy to spend an hour in her chair.
I have never posted a review on Google before, but following my visit on November 25th, I felt compelled to do so! Ever since I was a child, I’ve had long hair that reached the middle of my lower back, and I wanted a change. So, I asked Shannen for advice about getting a bob. She was very attentive, kind, and genuinely cared about my well-being. I cannot thank her enough for her valuable advice and for being so supportive throughout this moment. A fantastic hair cut experience with Emily! She was meticulous and really ensured the haircut fit perfectly with my hair type / the reference I showed her. And she gave me a very lush blow dry! Super happy with my haircut and will be returning :)

Leah absolutely outdone herself today. Aside being a lovely, chatty person she’s done an amazing job. I got exactly what I expected and asked for. She’s been very professional and given really good advice and what would suit me. I left with a big big smile on my face and will be definitely coming back. I felt very pampered with a little head massage and refreshments offered. Whole salon looked very clean and stylish + cosy vibe making it even more pleasurable. Till next time :)

Welcoming, efficient, experienced, friendly and accommodating, exactly what one needs. Brooke has been doing wonders on my hair for donkeys years, and Shannon have stepped in in emergencies doing a brilliant job! Gemma has given me wonderful full body massages and waxing, and managed to help me out on last minute requests posting a Gift Voucher for a massage to a friend who is also now hooked! However, all of the staff is experienced and friendly and on top of that, they serve wonderful coffee in there! I would highly recommend it. Trust me, once you go in no need to go anywhere else!
