   This must be my 5th visit. The therapist who delivers the treatment is Gemma. She is extremely professional and friendly. She makes sure that the Lycon waxing treatment is accomplished painlessly and follows good hygienic standards. The therapy room is always clean, and cosy and there is relaxing music playing in the background. I am very happy with the treatment. I would definitely recommend booking one with Gemma, with her you are definitely in good hands!

   Gemma is an amazing beauty specialist and every time I see her I feel like I'm in heaven afterwards! She is very attentive and tailors the treatments to my skin, she also gives advice on skin care. I moved out of London over a year ago but I still travel to Richmond to only have my facials with Gemma, it's my favourite time of the month!!!
