Best nail service in the area! I’ve spent a long time testing out salons and looking for the perfect fit. Lily has been the only one to match my expectations in terms of service quality, attention to detail, professionalism and adaptability. She was very flexible with all of my requests and made sure I was happy throughout the entire process. As a customer I could tell the girls were passionate about their work and willing to put in the effort. My expectations were much exceeded, I couldn’t recommend them enough! I love Lilly’s Beauty Salon the staff are so friendly and there services are amazing ! The salon is very nice and comfortable I always have my eyelash extensions here and had Botox recently which was very good, very professional and the best salon I have ever been too!
I have been going to this salon for a few months now and I have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed their services which is why I also recommended them to my mum. The owner is very friendly and accommodating and so are her staff members. They make you feel comfortable, not rushed and always offer drinks while you are having your treatment. They advice you on treatments or products but never push you into buying them unless you wanted to. I have been a regular customer and will still be in the future. Thank you Lily and staff.
Lilly and the staff are very nice, but I don’t recommend getting laser hair removal here, it just doesn’t work. I’m Middle Eastern with thick black hair, so ideal candidate for laser. After 8 sessions, investing loads of time and money, the result was minimal hair reduction with hair growing back 2 days after each session. When I said the results are not good, she proceeded to blame it on ‘hormonal issues’. I know for a fact this isn’t true as I’ve had 1 laser session at laser clinic UK in Brent Cross and after 6 weeks, I have barely any hair grown back but going back for another session. However, I would recommend for other services like nails and waxing.
I never write reviews! However I have had my pedicure and manicure in many salons and always felt rushed and not happy with the result. At Lilys it is done professionally with care, attention and they always look perfect. Staff are so so pleasant and the odd time I have the massage. Highly recommend them.
