Went to platinum beauty clinic Just to fix my hair and line everything up, the service was outstanding and I felt very comfortable within the environment, all the staff are amazing, welcoming and a customer service was beyond exceptional I will definitely be going back here and recommend anyone else to as well !

Every time I have had treatments there, from manicures, pedicures,threading,waxing and various hair styles/colours, I have been extremely pleased. Everyone is so lovely, nothing is too much for them to do. I would (& have) highly recommend this Beauty Clinic.
Had my haircut and styled here by Christina who was excellent! She really paid attention to my needs but also provided her expertise and suggested something new that I wouldn't have otherwise gone for. I went to a wedding the next day and lots of people complimented my hair!
Terrible experience. Not recommended! Got my underarms waxed which left them discoloured from the got wax. The marks are huge and embarrassing and not likely to disappear for a couple of months. Approached the mg't about this and one of the directors called me and questioned me like it was a court case which left me upset by the end of the call. He didn't apologize about what had happened to me. I went into the salon as they offered me a part-refund and I explained this distressing phone call and got told 'that's just how he talks!' The management is incredibly rude which is such as shame as the beauticians are very friendly.
