I had a painful backache. And the massage I got helped tremendously, relaxing my muscles, the pain diminished from unbearable to just a little. And then I received extra help with practical tips about moves I can make to aleviate the cause, products I can use to continue the process of healing. Top class services which I warmly recommend!
Worst experience I’ve ever had as a customer. The owner locked me inside the salon and pressured me to pay full price, even though I was extremely unhappy with the results. They also took photos of me during the treatment without my consent, which is completely unacceptable. I came in for a lash lift and tint, but left with damaged lashes, stinging eyes, and zero curl. My 4pm appointment ended with results that looked like nothing had been done. When I pointed this out, they insisted the lashes looked “great” and tried to get me to pay. I asked them to fix it, which took another 1.5 hours, but things only got worse. My eyelashes are now totally ruined—still no curl, and my eyes are irritated and blurry. This was an incredibly unprofessional, distressing, and unacceptable experience from start to finish. Avoid this place at all costs.
What a great experience! I’ve been been getting treatments here for the last 2 months. Always a great service with wonderful staff. My last treatment was for laser hair removal. The procedure was fully explained by Mirela who was absolutely outstanding all the way through. I would highly recommend them and love the environment and ambiance. I can’t praise their client focus and attention to detail highly enough!!!
I've been coming to this place for years and honestly they are so nice. The atmosphere is lovely and it feels like a little family. This is actually the only place in the area I am consistently happy in terms of nails. Pricing is very reasonable, and they have loads of services - from manicures and pedicures to massages and facials, waxing and tanning... I could go on. I usually come for nails, but am keen to try the facials too. Top marks for top service, thank you.
i had 3 lymphatic massages with mirela she's so good at it - she definitely helped to heal me after i had surgery. it felt so relaxing and she is the sweetest and funniest person in the world. it was a wonderful experience and id definitely recommended it. i wish i could have come more regular but i have moved quite far from the area. thank you so much for all your help xx i also had one with Ritu which felt amazing and she has such a genuine soul
Yesterday, it was my first visit in the Beauty and Tanning Centre in East Sheen SW14 to have my nail treatment done. The treatment was performed by lady named Corina, she was very careful, patient and paying a lots of attention to details. I highly recommend Beauty and Tanning Centre and I am looking forward to have an another treatment in this salon soon!
I have had several treatments here now. Facial, sunbed and massage. The salon is warm and nicely decorated and very good value for money for the service provided. The massage is my favourite. I always leave feeling healed on both a physical and energetic level.
