   I had come in to your salon on Saturday for root touch up and facial. To be honest, I am highly disappointed with the output i had with the root touch up, you said the color would start showing in 2 days and it haven't yet. Also I had lot of henna residue on my scalp and lumps which were not properly washed in the salon. I know it wouldn't give complete black coverage but it has made my hair dry and frizzy and most of them are still white. I am unsure of the ingredients used but based on my experience I could say it was mere henna and nothing else and charging 65£ is too expensive for the output and result it gave me. We all belong to working class so we need to be cautious about the services we charge and made sure they have the expected output. Similarly the facial did not make any difference and rather gave me redness for 2 days. You advised not to have hair wash for 2 days but as i scratch my scalp i can see the residue stuck in my nail and thats so evident that it hasnt been washed properly. Please do not guarantee if you are unsure of the result. We would not pay so much amount for just henna application with no result. It has wasted my money and time both. I am aware of what henna does, but you assured me that its a mixture and that would give color to my hair but as i was suspecting it did not and I am so much disappointed with the service that we ended up with nothing. We travelled so far, we had to wait so much for the services to get completed but highly disappointed.

   I have finally found a cosmetics studio that is not only super professional and knowledgeable but also matches my personal values like sustainability and organic & vegan products!! I loved the atmosphere when I first stepped in and my facialist Alex was super welcoming and friendly! She knew a lot about skincare and it’s ingredients and even helped my develop my personal routine. The results speak for itself after a few weeks my skin was healthier than ever before. Exceeded all my expectations and excited to come back here tomorrow!

   I bought some products as I wanted to improve the condition of my hair and also wanted to use more natural henna dye. I had previously used henna from Amazon but my hair just turned orange! Alex took the time to ask many questions about my hair and scalp to tailor the best products for my needs. The henna this time has given me a much more natural colour which I love. I haven’t used all products yet but my favourite is the hair mask. It was quite expensive but the results have been fantastic, reduced frizz and really nourished the condition of the hair. I really recommend the salon. I should note that all consultations were remote as I am based in Belfast but next time I am in london I will visit in person as the service and quality of products have been fantastic

   I am very satisfied with the results. I did belayage and hair cut and my hair was super soft after. The products they use definitely are safe from chemicals and I noticed it in my scalp and my hair. Both look very shiny and healthy.

   Catrina applied the hair henna and did a silk press for me. I went to try this hairdresser as I am getting married in Richmond in a couple months and wanted to find a local hairdresser that would be able to treat and style afro hair. Catrina was lovely and did a really great job and took such care with her work. I was really impressed and will be back pre wedding to get my hair done and some of the other beauty treatments they offer

   Booked a 1 hour facial. I really enjoyed the treatment, it was very relaxing. One of the various techniques was cupping which was done with small silicon cups and this helps stimulate the micro circulation. Alex, the therapist was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable and that the treatment delivered was not rough, as I have slightly sensitive skin. All the products used are vegan and cruelty free. After the treatment I felt very relaxed and my skin was glowing and felt very smooth. I will definitely visit again and probably try other treatments that they offer.

   Great salon! I went to Gaia Organic 2 months ago looking for some info about their smoothing hair treatment. Alex understood my needs straight away and she engaged to offer me the right product. A couple of weeks later she invite me to try a new 100% organic smoothing treatment for free!! I accepted it and have to say that I am super happy since then. Catila did my hair, she is lovely and very professional! My hair is super shiny, healthy, 100% frizz free and much easier to manage. The atmosphere in the salon is very friendly, professional and they make you feel at home. They brought me a cup of coffee while my treatment being done :) Thank you very much!!

   I went to Gaia as I was looking for a vegan hair salon to help me with a tricky transition colour-wise. I first had a consultation with Alex, the owner, who helped me find the best solution for my problem - I loved the sound advice and the fact that Alex never came across as pushy, imposing or trying to sell me an expensive service that I didn't need (I've had that before at other salons). On the day of my colour and treatment, I received an amazing service. The atmosphere in the salon is great, and everyone is really friendly. My colour and treatment came out so well, I am really happy! My hair feels healthier, shinier and looks great. I never knew plant colours could achieve such depth and brightness. I will definitely be back (and will join some of the workshops the salon is running in the meantime - well worth looking at).
