   Eye brow and upper lip waxing for 18£ In which was done in 5 minutes !! I thought it was a max of 10£ 18£ ended with burn scars on my face! I would never ever come to this place . Be careful not to trust their pricing !

   So I’ve just come out of Ross Poole and had a cry in my car. I am honestly so upset and feel they’ve completely ruined my eyebrows. I clearly asked for them to be cleaned NOT shaped, however she’s given me pencil thin arched brows that I did not ask for. I have never had my brows thin before, they were always thick. I will never come back again and advise against getting your brows done here. I am expecting them to respond to this and somehow suggest I am lying or I wasn’t clear enough with what I wanted, which is not true! To add to this, the skin on my face is burnt, extremely sore, and it is peeling and scabbing after having a wax. This is likely to leave permanent scarring, it has been 5 days and I still have open wounds on my face. I have been using wax for the past 10 years and have NEVER experienced this before. I have already discussed this with my solicitor and will be taking legal action.

   Fiancé received some waxing treatment which left burn marks on her face just before our engagement. when speaking to staff and management who were very dismissive about the severity of the issue and failed to even provide and adequate resolution. Currently seeking legal advice from my solicter for compensation.

I was very grateful with the amount of time and care he took with my long hair and the advice he gave! Absolutely loved my cut and style. The other staff members were also friendly and welcoming. I'll definitely be back soon!

   I had an amazing experience at the salon. My hairs were done professionally and suggestions were made to make the cut suits me best. I absolutely love the results. Everyone is nice and respectful. I also did my nails and love the fact that the products don't break the nails as it used to with previous extensions I made somewhere else. Overall it is a perfect for me. I truly recommend this salon for anyone looking for a new hair style, beautiful nails and a great relaxing and pleasant experience. I will go back for sure!
