The service was impeccable, the receptionist was beyond helpful and went above and beyond and worked hard to meet my needs and responded to all queries quickly the cost was very high for the GP to sign a fit to fly it would be great if it was more affordable

I had my ears syringed today with Cheryl and it was a brilliant experience from start to finish. We was greeted by the friendly receptionist and Cheryl we was made to feel welcome and all staff were friendly I was relaxed and reassured from start to finish. Highly recommend
What a find! Absolutely amazing is how I'd describe the care received from Cheryl, popped in on the off chance of getting an appointment to have my ears syringed and she got me booked in straight away, within 30 minutes I was back in the car pain free after having a couple of bad day & nights with ear pain. Very reasonable cost and free parking underneath for patients, highly recommended.

Very effective service considering it was a last minute appointment for me and my family members. I booked in for my mother and her sister, as they were in the UK on holiday and we all got a chest infection. After their appointment I managed to book myself in (there weren't any other patients that day) to get the prescriptions needed. Prices are ok considering its private. The doctor was very attentive and she ran a full check up, which was reassuring. The receptionists were kind. Booking online is easy as well. Definitely recommend.
The receptionist was lovely and helped me get an appointment the same afternoon. Staff were highly professional, polite and friendly. Dr was extremely engaged and didn’t feel rushed in my appointment, will definitely be booking again in the future.
