Maybe a good place for fishing but though they are selling feed for different animals, I thought I would ask advice about my dog. I got an abrupt answer... go to a vet !! Thought I would rephrase my question and ask in another way....I got back another quick impolite answer.....go to a vet!!!! . Why sell anything if you cannot be polite to customers, additionally why should you sell supposedly best quality animal food if you have no knowledge. Disgusted with customer service and lack of knowledge. Had to put 1 star because there is no option for zero star

Ordered goods a month ago. After three weeks they hadn't arrived. Chased it up with the company and was promised they'd be sent the very next morning. Over a week later still no sign of them. Would give zero stars if possible as their service is non-existent

Ordered halibut pellets via Amazon. Picture on the web site was a standard 900g bag. I ordered 4 bags. I actually received 4 90g bags!! They were very overpriced for the size of the bags. Advertised as “day session” bags but only a couple of good hand fulls in each bag. A complete rip off and Amazon should remove them from their site.

Friendly staff. Great range of fishing kit. Also wide range of pet stuff (not used.) Parking nearby. Will definitely shop here again as the guy behind the counter really helped me a lot when my fishing kit had been left in Sheffield and I needed to get a few bits and bobs to get me going.

AVOID. Bought an item on line, which didn't arrive, after two weeks was told a replacement had been sent out, which also failed to arrive. After being fobbed off for over three weeks, and several requests for a refund all of which were ignored, I opened a refund request via E bay and finally received a refund.
