   For those looking at colon hydrotherapy - I want to share as it's really important to me too to have someone you trust. The practitioner was friendly, communicative but also very professional and made it very safe and easy. She helped me with all my questions and recommended long term steps to help with aftercare. Would recommend to anyone.

   I've been going to Nara Simone for quite a few years now. Mainly to have my eyebrows shaped and tinted, and occasionally to get my lashes tinted or my legs waxed. I have always had a fantastic experience here with all the employees. And I do have to shout out Joanna because she always leaves my eyebrows looking fleek! Its a lovely clinic with lovely staff and the prices are fair for the service offered. I'm sure I'll continue to visit Nara's for the foreseeable future.

   Way too much was taken off the front of my eyebrow! Went in to get them tidied up and Johti has taken so much off the front of my right eyebrow. Was in a bit of shock when I looked in the mirror and should have sent something but didn’t. The damage had already been done anyway. Really really disappointed and I won’t return. Top images are my eyebrows today after the wax and bottom are my eyebrows just days ago :(

   I visited the salon for the first time with the intention of booking a facial. While the salon itself is clean and well-presented, my experience at reception was disappointing. As I began speaking to the receptionist, she was interrupted mid-sentence and immediately turned her attention to another client who had just walked in, without acknowledging me or offering even a brief “one moment, please.” When I politely reminded her that I was speaking, she said, “She is my client, she has a booking,” and continued to focus on the other person. I replied that I am a client too, yet she did not acknowledge me or make any effort to address me professionally. She avoided eye contact and carried on writing, leaving me feeling overlooked and unwelcome. Professionalism requires treating all clients with respect and attentiveness, regardless of whether they are new or returning. This standard was not met. Based on this experience, I will not be returning or recommending this establishment. Very disappointed

   I recently had an experience with Nara Simone, and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. I had laser hair removal treatment done, and it was terrible. The treatment did not do anything for my skin at all. If anything, my hair grew thicker and was more prominent. I was incredibly disappointed with the results, and I had to seek alternative treatment elsewhere. The company I use now had also said that it would not be difficult to remove the hair at all. My first few appointments with Nara Simone were horrible. I was told the treatment would last between 30-45 minutes, but every time I came in, it was done within 15 minutes. I felt rushed and didn't feel like the technician was taking the time to ensure that the treatment was effective. However, the one saving grace of my experience was the employee Marina. She was professional and tried her best to sort out my laser hair removal treatment. Additionally, I also had difficulty getting in touch with Nara Simone's customer service team. There were times when I needed to reschedule my appointment or had questions about the treatment, but they would not pick up the phone on time or pick up at all. In the end, I had to find another company to get rid of my hair, and the results are much better. The difference between the two companies was night and day, and I regret not switching to the better company sooner. The other company I use has far more advanced technology that 100 times better than Nara Simone. I wouldn't recommend Nara Simone to anyone looking for laser hair removal, but if you do end up going there, make sure to ask for Marina.

   I went to Nara Simone for the first time for a gel manicure. The experience was fine, the salon is slightly scruffy for a ‘medispa’. I was super disappointed as my nails have badly chipped after just over a week. I don’t usually complain however I tried to contact the salon via phone (they don’t pick up), via Instagram (no reply) and by visiting directly (not open on a Sunday despite the signage stating otherwise). I feel totally ripped off and would not recommend.

   I bought 6 sessions of hair removal and I was a bit stressed as I never did anything like it before. For the 2 first sessions I had a lady that didn't make me feel really comfortable and the session was literally 5mins every time! I was a bit surprised but the beautician said that it was always like that. She wasn’t always professional, often she would come in when I was undressing without knocking at the door which made me feel uncomfortable. (I think,she now left the salon). Then on the next session I had Marina, and she is AMAZING. Very professional and kind. The treatment lasted way longer and I could feel it was burning the hair as it’s supposed to (with the other lady I didn’t feel anything). So I asked to have her on my next appointment but when I arrived, the timetable have changed and I was back with the other lady… It was an awkward situation and I was upset to have to go back to her again. The treatment was very short again. I really insisted again to be with marina for the next session and when I arrived it was still the other lady… so on that time I had to say something and I explained to her that I booked the session with Marina. I felt sorry to hurt her feelings but it is an investment and I already waste money for half of my course, I wanted that to stop. So I waited for Marina to finish her job and then she kindly took care of me. So regarding the treatment, as I had less that 6 sessions because of the lack of professionalism of one of the beautician, I still have hair. If I did the whole treatment with Marina, I’m sure it would have been more efficient. Bit disappointed.

   I have used Nara Simone for manicures and laser hair removal and manicures were good - no complaints but sadly the laser removal which they told me will work on chin and lower face area, did not. I did 6 sessions and the last four were done on very strong setting as per the therapist’s advice but now after two months of finishing the hairs are still there. I never had a lot to start off with but they have grown back. I am olive skinned and the hairs are dark but thin. The therapists were very friendly but it seems they did not have knowledge of what treatment works for me. I now have to find an alternative way of removing them.
