   Bona and Sadia were absolutely! they were all polite and helpful and provided a brilliant service! Me and a my friend would definitely recommend! The services I've had and would give 10/10 for; - Roots and hair dye (Both ladies) - Hair cuts and blow dry's (Bona) -Head massages (Sadia) I've been coming here for 5 years + and will continue to do so! X

   Went to the hairdresser today with my sister and had bad experience. Our appointment was for 10.15am and they did not start doing our hair until 10.45pm. We had to remind them that it was time to wash our hair other both the staff where talking on the phone in their room. Then was asked to brush my own hair before she dried them. The saloon is very dirty and needs updating. When they washed our hair we were soaking wet. Nila the owner is never there. And in winter the place is cold . I have been going there for years but I wouldn’t recommend it anymore.

   Horrible experience. They dyed and washed my hair. She dyed my scalp, ears and my neck and when i mentioned this to her she complained that it was my hair's fault. She was very disrespectful and did not acknowledge my ideas at all. She used extremely hot water to wash my hair and disregarded my concerns regarding the temperature- quoting it was there "normal" temperature and i was being dramatic. Overall it was very difficult to remove the dye off myself and a very horrible customer service experience. Do not recommend to anyone!

   I had a facial. Relaxing and friendly environment but not very knowledgeable on skin, steamed my skin after the massage and the extraction was very inexperienced.

   The absolute worst experience I have every had with eyebrow threading. The woman is rude, disrespectful and did not even wear a mask properly during the service. She put the thread in her mouth. IT IS NOT SAFE. And my eyebrows looked terrible. Never go here.

   Went for a haircut for the first time, they do decent blow dries but the hair cut was AWFUL! I went back to fix it but still really bad. The hairdresser I believe nila said it was the way I straightened my hair- she failed to accept it. Loads of people said the cut was awful. The shop is also dirty and dusty. Avoid!

   There was poor service for my sister, a member of staff commented on her appearance, which made her come home crying. Never seen her this distraught. On top of that the service was embarrassing and the staff member serving my sister was moody, rude and not reaching the expected customer service. I highly recommend avoiding this place, if you do not want to be humiliated.
