   Went here to buy some new fish. Honestly the woman who runs the shop has a stinking attitude, no hello, no smile. I asked here one question and she answered so abruptly. I decided to take my business elsewhere. Sort yourself out!!!!

   Spent hundreds in this shop. Most recently, I bought 4 fish which cost quite a bit of money. All was dead within 2 days and the rest of my tank wiped out. Was advised they would not refund but could test my water (which I test regularly & my tank was absolutely thriving beforehand). Will not be returning. Was also told by a member of staff that guppies have their fry from their mouth which I knew was not accurate! Please educate your staff members.

   Had some algae in my tank and was advised to buy Otocinclus, now my platys are laying at the bottom. Possibly from white spot disease that was carried over. I have looked online and was advised to turn the heater up but it’s a treatment that my fish may not survive that long... Shame I don’t have a quarantine tank. I have put the weakest ones in a fry basket for their own safety. Will not be coming back to this shop. Edit: I originally had 4 platys and they had babies, so I had 10 platys. All 10 of my Platys died within 3 weeks after buying the otocinclus here, heart breaking. Still treating the water before I buy new fish elsewhere. Makes me feel like giving up my fish tank now..
