For eyebrows are very good but I had worse manicure ever.I usually have shellac somewhere else but decided to have it there as it was convenient. They recommend gel which was more expensive £43 and was told it last longer and it’s better then shellac. It started to fall off after 3 days.Went back got fixed but following day the same. When I went back again lady didn’t want to listen and said it’s my nails not there products and she can maybe get me discount for the future shellac.I think it’s not acceptable and I didn’t want money back but apologies would be nice and to listen what I had to say. Lucky I didn’t buy facial vouchers which was on offer and I was so tempted.Definitely won’t go back there.

I should have trusted my gut from the start and not come here. This salon felt quite tricky, so I strongly recommend confirming the exact price before any service begins. At the pop-up store, I was told that a classic manicure and pedicure costs £55 with normal polish, and that gel polish is only £5 extra. I specifically asked for gel polish only on my feet, as I don’t wear FitFlops, so I expected the total to be £60. However, after the service was completed, I was charged £75. Gel polish had been applied to both my hands and feet, even though I did not request gel on my hands. Based on the explanation I was given, the total should have been £65 (£55 + £5 + £5), but I was told, “the price doesn’t work like that,” which I found confusing and frustrating. Secondly, I felt extremely uncomfortable with the behaviour of some staff members. They were quite rude toward me and toward one of their colleagues. They repeatedly instructed her in a dismissive manner and did not appear to respect her work. Everyone spoke in the same language except for her, which made the situation very awkward. Even though I was only there for about an hour, it was uncomfortable enough that I kept checking the time. When we were arguing about the price at the end, they blamed her first instead of the staff at the pop-up store who had informed me of the price and spoke in the same language with them. I genuinely hope she is doing well and wish her the best of luck working in that environment. Regarding the service quality: the manicure was disappointing. I was told gel polish was used, but there was no glossy or gel-like finish. I definitely can do better by myself . On the positive side, the pedicure was done well.

Ana did a fabulous job of my eyebrows and feet. I turned up without a booking and she fitted me immediately. Excellent customer service, so lovely and friendly too. Highly recommend Ana!

I stayed over at a family friend's this weekend and was fascinated by the counter offering facial threading on a trip to the mall. The upper lip and eyebrow threading was well-priced and done in a comfortable manner, I certainly enjoy the look of my brows and hairless upper lip much more in the mirror now. I also spontaneously went for a pedicure, the staff was very friendly (same lovely lady who did the threading!) and the process was relaxing. An adjustable massage chair was offered, the staff wore gloves throughout and cleaned up my toenails thoroughly. Will definitely come back for another round of beauty treatments the next time I drop by!

If I could, I would give them 0 stars. I have booked a pedicure for myself and my friend for her birthday as a surprise , it soon became the worst pedicure we ever had. Staff was not knowledgeable, minimal english! my nails were given different shapes , the staff had long dirty nails and kept scratching my feet during the treatment. Also, the "beautician"went from doing my feet to threading someone's eyebrows without washing their hands ( it happened several times with different staff members), My toenails had to be redone and therefore didn't dry properly , as you can see in the picture, they got smudged on both toes. My friend's pedicure had a few steps skipped on one of her legs as clearly the staff was in a hurry. It was definitely not worth the money, very expensive for unsatisfying service. Please start training your staff in providing the services people pay money for and also train them in hand hygiene and infection control! Definitely will not revisit and would not recommend it.

I went to this lovely salon to fix my nails after a horrible experience somewhere else. They were so patients and very helpful. They’ve done such a beautiful job. Staff was friendly, they made my day, they have very good prices and best customer service. I highly recommend this place.

Again another fantastic service receive from Anna. She’s very professional and very thorough. I always have my facial in smart look Beaty and I never had a disappointed visit. Also, I recommended this salon to my mum and she has been coming here for years to have her eye brows done with no complaints. Thanks again Smart look beauty Team! Looking forward to my next facial ☺️.

Not the best place where to get the nails done. I feel like I was annoying the beautician when I asked her if they had availability for a pedicure. While doing it, I had to ask her to pay attention cause she was hurting me a lot. Plus the nail polish must be of very poor quality as it’s already ruined the same day. She also got me bleeding. Wouldn’t recommend.
