Eyelash extensions (Russians) - absolutely awful !!! I asked for Russians and ended up with classics, defo not what I wanted!! Still had to end up paying for hybrids! They false advertised me! If I knew that they wouldn’t do this service I wouldn’t have gone there in the first place. I’m so upset and disappointed! My bottom lashes was stuck and it stung so so bad!
On 11.6.2025 I had a French manicure in the salon and on 16.6.2025 I had eyelash extensions so I want to share my experience in that salon. I have a big complaint for both with all the evidence. When choosing nail polish I noticed that it was very thick as if it was past its expiration date, secondly after 7 days the polish peeled off so that 5 nails were simply left empty. Secondly the nail growth and secondly the poor quality. Also when processing or inserting eyelashes when Mrs. Monika finished the job I made it clear that I was not satisfied with it and that she had to fix it, visibly upset she tried to explain to me that the general manager Mrs. Sally paid for 1 hour and 45 minutes. I was shocked because I think primarily that the client must be satisfied and time is not an issue for that job. He also never told me that! I have been to that salon on several occasions to try to explain that I am not satisfied with the service, but nothing has come of it. Today, July 15, I finally came back to the salon and found Mrs. Saly, the main manager, who, instead of listening to me and trying to solve my complaint, called Mrs. Monika, who denied that she said that I should talk to her and that the staff would not be able to perform a quality eyelash installation in my case, which was my case. I turned out to be another liar. Sally also told me that she had other work and that she would call me, which of course she didn't do. Because it is obvious that a worker is more important to her than a client!!! I will not tolerate such behavior and I will have to contact a higher level! I do not recommend it at all! I just had a complaint and I want it resolved. That all speaks volumes about the customer service. I have the right to quality service for which I paid 80 pounds, not to hear that I was paid for so many hours of work and I am dissatisfied. I've had my eyebrows tidied at Precious Moments in Coulsdon for some years now. I decided as we are going abroad and also have a wedding to attend I would treat myself to a mini manicure and my daughter (6years old) to a little miss manicure. Firstly the team are amazing, I accidentally booked our appointment online at the Wallington branch. This was quickly remedied and we were re-booked for later in the day. Both Bobbi and Lauren were so lovely made us feel very special. My daughter loved choosing the colours and was given a drink like everyone else. Treated like a proper lady. Bobbi was great with her chatting away and keeping her still enough for the nails to dry. Lauren did lovely work on my nails, I've never had them done before. She shaped them square and I chose two colours that matches the outfit I am wearing to the wedding. I am over the moon with the whole experience and my daughter is looking forward to showing off her nails at a party tomorrow. Would also like to say thank you Sandra who did my eyebrow tidy today.. I have quite unruly brows and she made them look great! ****Update, i had my gel nails done on Saturday and by Monday they were chipping away :( by Tuesday my nails look pretty awful. I am on holiday at the moment and when I return I have a wedding to attend. Pretty disappointed. It seems to be just the blue so maybe there is an issue with that colour. Would make me think twice about having it done again. ******
I’ve been going to Precious Moments Coulsdon for years. Such relaxing massages, loads of choices for when you want to get your nails done and really nice members of staff. I had a massage with Orla today - it was lovely, Izzy has also looked after me before, but no matter who you get, you always leave feeling happy and relaxed!
Booked to get a French gel manicure (£44) and the girl (Sydney) did a really bad job- the white tips were uneven and the whole look of the nails was terrible and incomplete. I only received a £10 refund despite the fact that they caused me inconvenience to go and get them redone elsewhere and pay more money. Incredibly unprofessional, zero consideration of how the customer feels. I paid £34 to feel upset that someone else didn’t do their job! Would never go there again. They have also refused to answer my text messages and hung up the phone when my dad called in to ask about the refund!
I had a massage here, it was lovely and I felt much better afterwards. The place was very clean and stylish, but it wasn’t a very personal experience. The therapist didn’t tell me her name and didn’t really speak to me at all. Therefore, I was not able to tell her why I was there or if the pressure she was using was okay. Dispite this I would go back.
I had a foot massage. My attendant was great. I felt much better afterwards. What's more, she guided me to a parking place when I couldn't find the salon. Would definitely go back. Thanks guys
