   Staff Nathan ,Michael & Stephen are friendly and helpful. I can buy all the materials here for my backyard diy job. Price is reasonable & free delivery for bulky items as well. I’d recommend this shop at Hindley to everyone who needs to buy building materials.

   Ordered a single fence panel from Fieldens in Hindley. It was delivered by a great young guy called Nathan, he carried it around to our back garden and actually helped us old biddies to put it in place. Fantastic service as always from this local company. Wouldn't buy from anyone else.

   Great contact with Matt, very helpful and nice guy. Quote received, when wanted to make payment directors (why??) did not accept to pay card over the phone of BACS as they cant verify who is buying. BTW this was business to business purchase. They would only accept payment over the counter but I have 2.5 hours each way just to make payment. Absolute joke. Not sure how they will survive with internet purchase era. Avoid!!

   Bought some timber yesterday as had run out so just went here for convenience. Almost double the price compared to other builders merchants around Wigan. (Have bought plasterboard from them previously they were just 50p dearer) so was totally shocked when it was almost double the price. Cost me £60 when should have been around £30 to £35 so won’t be going back.
