   My request wasn't the easiest to deal with (looking for a quote to replace a conservatory roof). However, the person I met was totally accommodating and spent the next 20 minutes or so gathering information from me and drawing it into a plan. 24 hours later I received a quote for the product requested. Great service, sorry I didn't get the name of the person who served me. I've decided to buy the product, but through a reputable local fitter. Great service, will be back again...

   Customer service doesn’t exist, shocking , purchased a window and was told 10 to 14 days for delivery, 4 weeks later it turned up, a seal was damaged when installing, went for a replacement seal 3 days later and was told they can’t get these. It was their attitude that bothered me more. Absolutely no interest. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

   Absolute shambles this place let us order over 1600£ worth of gear to be missing a few outlets which they said would be in the filling monday, then to be told they dont stock this brand anymore and zero help trying to find the missing items which was paid for Rip off merchants

   Absolutely fantastic eurocell Wigan,I called in asked for advice,and what I'd need to put cladding up on a ceiling,the advice I was given was perfect,the sales assistant asked for the measurements of the room,I was advised on exactly what I needed,the fittings,screws,adhesive,and the exact number of panels,I also asked could I have it delivered the next day,this wasn't a problem and was also done as they said it would be great friendly staff nothing was to much to ask,and to top it off the job I done is spot on too,thanks again all at eurocell Wigan.

   Staff are always friendly, helpful and go the extra mile, I don’t work with plastic much so I always ask them for advice on which product to use and every time they have shown me round the warehouse to let me see the different options and been patient, quick delivery time too would definitely recommend
