I went to the salon for a cut and blow dry, and Tatiana did an absolutely amazing job. She followed my requests exactly and even went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the result. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and well looked after. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for professional and friendly care.
Update on my last review: Last Wednesday I have received my complementary haircut from stylist Tatiana. Tatiana was great, she gave her professional opinion. I was very happy with my new haircut, and blow dry. I highly recommend this hair stylist, and would definitely come again to the salon as a client!!! I appreciate that the salon paid attention to my review and did their best to resolve the issue! =========================================================== I used to be a loyal client of this salon trying a range of different services from hairstyling and facials to manicures and pedicures. I was always happy. Today I was booked for my cut and blow dry, which is quiet expensive compared with other salons and was supposed to last 90 minutes. The issues started from the hair wash. There was some issue with the water pressure. The master didn't ask me anything about the water temperature, it was constantly changing. At some point it felt like he was shampooing my dry hair. I prefer cascade haircut to create a voluminous hair. The stylist completely misunderstood me: now I have half of my hair short and half long. I can't even describe the blow dry. A person from the street can do a better job. This whole procedure from hell lasted 45 minutes. I should have complained in the salon, but I was feeling very emotional and close to crying.
Great service, great haircut by Lyuba. A little bit a pity that it is closed on Sunday. But overall best beauty salon I’ve been in London.
Everything about this beauty salon is comfortable: the service, the interior and a glass of champagne, the chair where you sit for your manicure and pedicure. And we will be returning: Our pedicure was perfect, and our manicure lasted for 3 weeks. Also want to try the sculptural face massage everyone is talking about!
I come from Eastern Europe where beauty salons are on a much higher level of service than in the U.K. I was very happy to discover HT by Sakurami - extremely professional staff and best quality I've found so far in London. Worth every penny.
