   Rafia is consistently the best person at Sajna Tooting for eyebrow threading, she makes the experience so seamless and painfree. I have thick eyebrows and have struggled to find quality eyebrow technicians over the years, however she always makes the shape equal and I always receive compliments when she does my eyebrows for me. She’s so lovely and always makes me feel welcomed every visit, she deserves her flowers and recognition for all she does at Sajna Tooting.

My beautician, Ashna, was incredibly attentive and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire treatment. She recommended using hot wax for the Hollywood, which made a huge difference — it really was pain-free.    Awful!! Avoid! Unprofessional! Rude! Unfortunately I went to this so called salon to get my eyebrows and upper lips threaded and this older lady who did my eyebrows was extremely rude and unprofessional!! She was slapping my hand on my face when she needed me to hold a particular part of my eyes. She was using so much force when doing my threading that I thought I will get bruises! When she finished she told me to have a look and I said that some hair is left and she just ignored me! As I was cleaning my face with a tissue and using a gel on my eyebrows, she told me to stand on the other side and do it as she was already making another client sit down. HOW RUDE!! When I came home I had to take a lot of hair myself, really don’t know what we are paying them for??? They really think they are queens who can treat their clients like servants and not bother about what anyone wants. They treat their clients like they are doing their work for free which is such a shame! Hope they can improve their service but I doubt it very so!
