   Ordered 4m length boards went to collect lads on site loaded the boards. When it came to installing the boards the following week it was found that the boards were only 3.6m longs so affected the design as job had to be completed and there was no time to go swapping them. We will not be using this company again and suggest that anyone ordering checks the goods are correct on collection or delivery. Can not fault the product seems good quality but there were issues making payment on the website and then obviously we have paid for 4m boards and received 3.6m.

Sam went above and beyond to help with delivery and my many queries I can't fault the overall service I have received.

   I ordered 30 composite decking board only 27 were delivered and out of these 27, 1 was the wrong type so that left me 4 boards short . A quick email a couple of phone calls and my issues were dealt with. The staff including the delivery drivers were very apologetic and couldn't have been more helpful . I judge how good a company is by how they deal with a issue when things go wrong and the composite warehouse were excellent.

   Amazed to get such a great quality of composite decking at this great price. We must have ordered over 10 samples and although not the cheapest it was fantastic quality and did not cost a lot more at all. To top it off their customer service was second to none and Jenny and Luke helped tremendously. Thanks again

   I ordered a sample from Composite Warehouse, using a unique email address used just for that order. Samples arrived quickly and looked good, so would be a 5 star review, except a month later I received an email from another, unrelated decking company to the same email address I used for Composite. When asked about how they got my details, they said they bought a marketing list, which means that Composite Warehouse sold my email address which shows a shocking disregard for my personal information.
